Has it? You've yet to face another mighty empire that is militarily a worthy opponent. I recognize none of those worlds as Alliance worlds. I recognize not one of your truly threatening enemies as being eliminated. You call that imperialistic expansion? I call it predatorial opportunism. Taking the worlds that you know stand no chance.
