@Bazmund Oh don't worry, the concept of the lightning hands bit was because of an artefact that would have hunt him everytime he used it but I disregarded that for the concept above.

Appearance:Jack is a lithe and rather scrawny figures standing roughly five foot eight and approximatly one hundred and seventy pounds of underdeveloped muscle. Being a very handsome individual taking great care of his face and body always keeping his hair neat and trimmed to exact measurements and his face always clean shaven. His eyes a dark almost black brown do little to hide his playboy nature.

Personality:Jack is a cunning survivor who is willing to do anything to ensure his own survival, he does his best to not keep any personal ties preferring to keep people at what he calls "A business distance". At his worst Jack is a conman, smuggler, hit-man...any sort of activity (criminal or otherwise) that will earn him a profit it something that he finds interesting. Money rules Jack's world and money is the only thing that Jack will understand. At his best, Jack is an idealist who's firm beliefe is there is no man greater than the other and that all men are equal in their own right. He is always willing to give anyone a chance to make a name for themselves and will not judge until given a reason to.

• Gunslinger' Tenacity:Jack learned a long time ago that in order to survive in this world you have to be able to fight and Jack does this by becoming a gunslinger. While he mostly carries his two favorite revolvers he is no slouch with most kinds of firearms. Throughout the years of honing his craft he has become quite a tenacious fighter with his guns being a decent shot with his chosen arsenal.
• I Know A Guy: Throughout his years in the criminal underground Jack has accrued a decent web of informants, political figures, even engineers to aid him whenever he needs it. If you need documentation to start a whole new life, Jack knows a guy, need some possible illegal modifications to your rifle, Jack knows a guy.
• Minored as a Tinkerer:While he's no mechanical genius Jack has become pretty handy in the upkeep and mild modification of he tools at his disposal. He can deduce and improve most small arms and some rifles.

Weaknesses:

• A Lover Not A Fighter: While more than capable of defending himself if need be Jack prefers to not have a situation devolve into violence preferring to rely on his sharp wit to get him out of a situation. This has lead others to look at Jack as a coward which only serves to make Jack angry which generally makes him act ungentlemanly.
• Thief's Honor: Jack always abides by a strict code of conduct, he never harms women, children, or the elderly. While this doesn't seem like much of a weakness he has been taken advantage several times, mostly by women, and found himself in unnecessarily difficult situations.

@Bazmund Alright thanks, just wanted to check on something. I had an idea where the character would essentially cast lightning from his hand that he would use like a Tesla coil. Incoming grumpy naval commander lol!
