I honestly didn't see it.

As for affiliations, they are all part of the same tribe, which is basically like a cross between being on a team and in a family. Granted, some of our characters are likely distant cousins, given how the population of the tribe is relatively small and in close proximity to each other.

Bio: Hatched under very average circumstances, Raxor is what one might call a baseline kobold, a real kobold's kobold, or at least an exemplar of all his people are. He does what is expected of his tribe, almost to a fault. Most of his days are spent mining, hunting with his sling, or practicing combat with his knife. Like most of the tribe, he has few personal possessions, those being his loincloth, dagger, sling, and mining pick. Everything else he considers superfluous.

Although hardly a jingoist, Raxor is proud of his tribe and his species, and considers his way of life to be the best that a mortal could have; good hard work combined with ample chances for relaxation and mating after a day spent mining or hunting, without the burdens of raising his offspring of the "unneeded" commitment to stay with any one female. His trips to the surface have been few and far-between, but a recent trip may force him to rethink his views on life.

For most of the world, basic medieval. For the kobolds, less. That said, they would have access to at least some of the surface world's more advanced goods, either through trade, theft, or a bit of both.
