Maybe. I was just a prototype, so it's possible I wasn't meant to be around for long... Or that I was, but the longevity didn't live up to expectations.
Even if it were true, it's the kind of problem you could fix if you knew it was a problem to begin with.

But no matter what, someone had your designs and put them to work with a purpose in mind. I'm sure there's nothing like an intentional expiration date on a project so advanced.
