Not long after Tim boarded the carriage, they stopped by to pick up another boy. He was not expecting this new kid to sit next to him. Out of all the empty seats available on this carriage, he had to sit here. Tim was surprised when he actually started talking to him. The guy seemed nice enough, but what would he say when he found out who his parents were.

"Um...yes..." Tim replied quietly. There was a pause as Tim twiddled his thumbs, trying to figure out what to say. It wouldn't be right to just sit there in awkward silence. "Um... I-i-i'm T-t-tim..." Tim stuttered, then immediately took another bite of his apple. He fidgeted his legs nervously. Conversations with new people were never his strong suit.

This is the kind of apple Tim is eating. It's not literally made of gold. Just so we're clear. xD

Maybe if the apple were red, the Snow White connection would have been more obvious huh? :P

I picked Gatomon because I like Gatomon. I like how she looks like a Rookie, but is actually a Champion. She kicks the bigger Digimon's butts.

Everyone expected Snow White would have a daughter to continue her legacy. It came as a surprise when she ended up having a son instead. Tim never heard the end of it from other kids. Now here he was, bags in tow, waiting for the carriage to take him away to the Academy. He wasn't sure what to expect. His mother told him everything would be ok, but she always said that. Would he be on the receiving end of more bullying? Tim was skeptical of this whole thing.

After a couple of minutes, a fancy carriage arrived in front of the house. Tim looked back, and waved goodbye to his mom, who was watching all of this from the kitchen window. She was busy baking her signature apple pies, but she still waved goodbye in return. He picked up his bags, and took a seat on an empty seat on the vehicle. Once he got settled, he pulled out a golden delicious apple from his backpack, and happily chomped down on it. For some reason, eating apples always made him feel better.

@RennyI think you meant Asher. He's the one that seems to have misgivings. :P Max would be totally ok with this.

She also said "The transition from in-training to rookie is the easiest. So easy that even you guys should be able to do it.” Which may imply we can be successful.

Then again, Max may not know what to do with the digivice. "Am I supposed to press a button? Squeeze it hold it out in front of Cindy's face?"

I have to check these theese things.
