Alright, here's the second char

Wandering Ice Dragon

❄️Nagare❄️

"Hello, my name is Nagare. I hope low temperatures don't bother you too much."

Dragon Form

Appearance: Nagare is a young dragon girl who always has a calm, almost demure expression on her face. In her humanoid form she has a modest height of around 5'6''. She wears a light blue kimono along with matching arm and ankle sashes, evident of her homeland in the eastern snowy mountains. She has short, icy blue hair that barely reaches her shoulders and deep indigo eyes that glow when she is under intense emotion. She has rigid scales on the tips of her tail and wings that resemble ice shards.

In her dragon form she reaches a height of around 12 feet. She is still young, so she's not quite as large as older members of her species. She becomes a quadrupedal dragon whose entire body becomes enveloped in chilling air. She has a rather impressive wingspan for her body size as well.

Name: Nagare

Race: Ice Dragon (The same as the MGE Dragon, but is a sub-species that was born with the power of ice.)

Magic/Abilities/Equipment:

Being a member of the dragon race, Nagare is granted many of the boons that are associated with the species. Though, ice dragons tend to me more fragile than their cousin dragon-kin and they also lack the physical strength most are known for. However, what they lack in physical attributes they more than make up for with raw magical power and stout resistances to other forms of sorcery.

• Frozen Breath: Nagare is able to breath sub-zero breath from her mouth. It can be used to freeze what ever it touches. Those without decent resistance will find their limbs numb and covered in ice.
• Ice Shards: Nagare can shoot mid=sized ice shards at her opponents using her mouth, wings, or tail.
• Flight: Her small wings, while capable of flight, can't carry Nagara very far. They can be used to slow her descent to the ground and to create small gusts of chilly wind. While transformed, her great wingspan will carry her for as long as she can maintain the form.
• Transformation: Most dragons are strong enough to transform into their natural forms, despite the influence of the current Demon Lord. Nagare is not exception to this, however, she can't maintain the form for very long. How long depends on how much magical energy she uses up over time. All of her abilities are amplified several times over while in this form.
• High resistance: Ice dragons have poor physical constitution, making their defenses weak. However, their race is known to have impressive magical resistance. This even helps with her crippling weakness to fire-based attacks.

Personality: Nagare is a calm, polite, and somewhat introverted girl. While she is friendly and well-mannered to those she interacts with, she more often than not would rather spend time with herself. However, deep down she actually wants to make friends with everyone, but is rather unpolished when it comes to social interactions. She does not share the arrogant, superior nature normally befitting of a dragon-kin. She likes humans, and wants to learn about their race. Her drive to learn new things lead to a a strong sense of exploration, and those around her begin to see a more adventurous side to Nagare.

While not a fan of fighting, she will do so without hesitation to defend herself and others. She becomes stoic and calculating, studying the battlefield and her opponent for any openings and weaknesses.

Background: It is said that members of the ice dragon race are distrustful of outsiders, and live in seclusion away from society. This has made them bitter and unemotional on the inside, lending backing to the term "cold-blooded." However, due to the new Demon Lord's influence, their clan has since become more welcoming of the human race. However, old habits die hard, and while the clan has begun letting outside human into the village it is a very slow process.

Nagare, not liking the isolated lifestyle of her village, decides to leave and explore the outside world against the wishes of her elders. Seeing humans as a fascinating species, she was overtaken by her desire to learn more about them and discover life beyond her small mountain community. Though it took her a while to get use to the higher temperature climate, she enjoyed her journey into the world.

Lacking any meaningful relationships with other people, Nagare began to feel a sense of loneliness. She thought that if she found someway to make a friend not only would it help with he goal, she's actually have a friend to confide in. By a stroke of luck, a young guildsman going by the name of Barts happened upon her. She quickly accepted his invitation, seeing as the perfect opportunity to meet new people.

Favorite MG: Right now, still Ryu, Sea Bishop, and Lizardman. Might change in the future.

Made my post, Lisianthus's gonna have to get creative on this one.

Hopefully Hisana doesn't get too excited and blow her cover, she loves it when they struggle and put up a fight.

Enishi will keep his sword sheath and focus on stealth. For now.

The young princess was taken aback by the sudden change in the sorcerer's appearance. She had heard of magic where the user can make themselves into an exact copy of the foe, but she never thought she'd be fighting against it in this tournament!

If he can copy my appearance so perfectly, it stands to reason that he can accomplish the same for my moves as well... Thought the princess to herself. Right on cue, Zev'jul shot a bolt of lightning right toward Lisia (in her voice no less). Wasting no time, the princess quickly dodged to the side, hoping to avoid the attack.

Lisia was already aware that fighting an exact replica of herself wouldn't get her anywhere. The best outcome from that would be a stalemate. Perhaps it would be more effective to observe the true nature of the technique. Does it have a time limit? Will it dissipate if he takes damage? The most she could hope for was that the slash she delivered earlier would have a negative effect on his spellcasting and offensive options.

If the princess managed to dodge the attack, she would follow up by appearing behind the copy and attacking it with a quick slash attack. She made sure to cast buff spells to increase her defense to be on the safe side.

Practice Halls

Hisana was somewhat surprised that the elf was strong enough to block her kick, and even throw her some feet away. "Oh my..", she said as the elf prepared another arrow to fire at her. This one, however, seemed to be more powerful than the previous one - evident by the aura surrounding it.

Quickly flipping off the ground, Hisana decided on her next plan of attack. Something a little more flashy with a hint of misdirection. She began to throw numerous cards at the elf's body. At first glance, it would appear that the dame was doing nothing more than disrupting the charge of the elf's attack. However, her true motives where hidden under the flurry of cards.

Instead of making the cards hard as steel, the cards were transmuted to mimic gum. Upon impact, they would cover the elf and the small patch of floor she was standing on in a super-sticky substance. Hisana's hope was that the arrow, however powerful, would be wasted on some of the dozens of cards being thrown. Then, she would be bound by the substance and unable to move a muscle and therefore unable to defend.

If this plan worked, Hisana would deliver an entire combination of bone-breaking punches and kicks to her pointy-ear opponent. This girl was playing hard to get, which only drew even more excitement out of the crazed dame. If her plan didn't work, she hoped to use the gum in hopes of being able to at least dodge the arrow.

Meeting Room

Enishi looked with curiosity at Faye's demonstration of her rune magic. Useful that anyone can activate it with only a little magical energy, and that she could make it any size she wanted.

"If you've need of materials, I can spare some. I use similar items to cast my Onmyodo spells." He began to pull out some sutras and talismans from his robe.

"Heatherman-san, was it? I can't control animals or know anyone readily available who can, however..." One of the talismans held by the young man began to glow a faint while light. At that moment, a small bird appeared on the table. At first glance, this bird looked like the genuine article. However, this animal was but a mere copy, proven by Enishi when he made it disappear by poking it.

"I can make illusions and copies using my magics. I usually just make copies of myself when casting it, but I figure with some minor adjustments I can make replicas of simple things like small creatures. They disappear when touched, but they look real enough to fool just about anyone. Will that do?" Said Enishi, as he looked towards the architect.

I'm currently scrapping my first character, as he doesn't seem to fit the scope and can't think of a way to rework it.

I revamped the second one for now, let me know what you think. I'll work on the second at a later time.

Vara Riemsianne

"Nothing's impossible for the next head of the Riemsianne family! (OK! Relax, Vară you got this...I hope...)

True Demon Form

"I'll carve ya up! Medium, or well done?"

Appearance: Vară stands at 5'4'', having a slender and delicate frame. She wears an elegant vermilion dress that at first glance looks to be made of autumn tree leaves. When she becomes excited or is in the midst of spellcasting the ends of her sleeves give off the afterglow of blue, red, and purple flames. Her vivid red eyes and bright, long orange hair often causes the males around her to blush and reminds others of the beauty of the setting sun.

While in her true demon form, her clothes become more eastern in appearance and she grows white horns on the sides of her head that point horizontally. The most notable feature is the large and imposing polearm weapon she dawns; it helps augment her fire magic and makes for a powerful battle weapon (though she's not very good at wielding it yet).

Name: Vară Riemsianne

Race: Fire Demon (Demonic beings who are born with the power of fire imbued in their souls)

Magic/Abilities/Equipment:

Being born into a clan of fire demons, the young heiress can innately use toasty magic to attack foes. While having high aptitude, she still has a lot to learn when it comes to combat. She mainly cast a small assortment of different fire-based spells, in addition to the crimson axe she has in her demon form. She can also turn her body into flames briefly, making herself intangible. She can also use this ability to escape disturbances.

• Will-o'-wisp: Vară summons multiple small fireballs from the ground that form a haze of indigo light. The hazy light causes foes to see illusions and be throw astray. The wisps can also burn opponents that come into contact with them.
• Firefly: Vară shoots out small orbs of fire that resemble fireflies fluttering around. She can make then hone in on opponents, and they explode upon impact.
• Lotus Bloom: Shoots fireballs in the shape of lotus flowers.
• Blaze Polearm: While in her true demon form Vară gain access to a powerful fire axe that helps augment her magical abilities. It also doubles as a melee weapon that can deal quite a bit of damage. However, due to the heavy and unwieldy nature of the weapon she mainly uses it as more of a magical staff.

Personality: Vară presents herself as a spirited and tad overconfident young woman. While coming from a noble clan, she does very little to give off a befitting air. She is rather immature and self-centered at times, but for the most part her heart is in the right place. She tries to always be optimistic and give positive reinforcement whenever possible.

However, her high-spirited nature is just there to hide her insecurities. She knows that she's lacking in certain areas, and it causes her to doubt herself at times. While she puts on a brave face during fights, she actually gets very nervous and becomes unsure of herself. She often has to force herself to calm down and regain composure.

While not on the job, Vară can usually be found either napping the day away or stuffing her face full of sweets and pastries laced with spices. Hard shell candy pieces covered in dried red-hot chili pepper spice are her favorite. She also has a habit of giving people she associates with often, or leaves an otherwise lasting impression on her, dumb nicknames in order to make them easier to remember.

Background: Vară is a young fire demon who aspires become the next head of her clan. Thinking it'd be a good idea to travel and hone her knowledge and skills, Vara decides to set off on her own one day against the wishes of her parents.

She found life outside her home to be quite...different to say the least. She was able to survive for a while thanks to the funds she gained doing odd jobs, but because she has little to no concept of managing finances she quickly found herself lacking any funds, having spent most of it on frivolous pursuits useless trinkets.

Vară spent recent days searching for a guild to join, as she lacked the gold to buy supplies and a place to sleep. As fate would have it, a young guildsman who called himself Bart appeared before the demon one day and saw that she was down on her luck. She quickly accepted his guild membership after being offered an invitation, and dubbed him "The Blue-eyed Savior".

Favorite MG: Right now, a tie between the Ryu, Sea Bishop, and the Lizardman.

Greetings everyone, I received an invitation to join the guild. I'll be making two characters for it. Here's the first for now.

Kirei Yoshikage

Kirei Yoshikage

Appearance:

"Yo, name's Kieri Yoshikage. Now get the hell outta my face!"

Standing around 5'8'', Kirei wears grab indicating his time spent in the Mist Continent. His clothing consisted of a blue oriental shirt along with orange pants with black stripes on the sides. He can sometimes be seen wearing a jacket matching his pants and a gray shoulder cowl when traveling. He can always be seen wearing his round sunglasses, which were a gift from someone close to his heart.

Name: Kirei Yoshikage

Race: Human

Magic/Abilities/Equipment: Kirei's fighting style combines bone-breaking martial arts along with powerful sword techniques he learned while in the Mist Continent. In the east, this style is called Watōjutsu, which focuses on attacks combining the Watō (a Zipangunese Sword that was designed in the Mist Continent) and hand-to-hand combat. He further augments this combat style using powerful wind magic to severe all in his path; his fluffy of sword strikes are similar to the tearing wind of a tornado.

Kirei prides himself in this art, claiming to have fully mastered it. It is a style that ignores defense completely and focuses on overwhelming offense and countering to prevent the opponent from reacting.

Personality: Kirei is a truculent young man, often being described as a troublemaker or even a rebel by some. He is short-tempered, stubborn, loves to fight, and won't hesitant to be the judge and jury of his peers. However, deep inside his psyche, he is a young man who is trying to find meaning in the dog-eat-dog life he lived as a little boy. He is quick to lash out a someone but also has a habit of keeping people at an emotional distance.

Despite this, Kirei is rather intelligent and has a keen business sense - albeit crooked. While living on the streets of the Mist Continent he learned the in and outs of underground activities and black market dealings in order to increase his status in the land's underworld. This, along with his mule-headed will kept him alive during those days.

Background: Kirei was a young boy who was originally born in Zipangu. He lived in a small village household consisting of himself, a sickly mother, his father, and his older sister (named Himawari). Their village was poor and resources were scarce, and his father could barely afford the house they lived in - let alone the medical expenses for his wife's declining health. The imperial government often ignored the struggles of nameless villages like the one they lived in; eventually the mother died to her sickness and the father saw fit to have he and his children live in the Mist Continent. This decision while strange to the children, was ultimately met with obedience.

It was revealed that the reason for this change was because the father made a deal with a weapons dealer in Zhanghai (a business district in the Mist Continent). The deal was that the father would assist in smuggling weapons in the region, and the weapons dealer would vouchsafe his family a better home on the continent. The deal would often have the father out traveling, so that left only Himawari and Kirei to fend for themselves for the most part. This caused Kirei to view his sister as a motherly figure and hold his father in disdain.

As time passed, the dealer grew more and more dissatisfied with the work the father was providing. The dealer began to threaten the man's children if he didn't start improving. When the father was unable to hold up his end of the bargain, the dealer made good on his word and attacked the siblings. In order to protect her little brother, Himawari used her body to shield Kirei from a fatal blow, sacrificing her life in the process. In a fit of psychotic rage Kirei took one of the swords from the dealer, a Watō, and used it to stab the dealer through the heart during the exchange. That night, the horrified father came home to the corpses of his former benefactor and daughter. Kirei was no where to be found.

Kirei found a book containing teachings of Watōjutsu in one of the dealer's compounds, and by learning from it he developed a powerful fighting technique, with which he armed himself with a means of survival on the streets of Zhanghai. Using his skills, he made his way into the underworld market in a means of increasing his status and reach. Kirei, however, only wanted a way out of the continent. His plan was to arm himself with tools necessary to survive in the western world, one that he was vastly unfamiliar with. After sometime, he eventually succeeded in gain a way to the western continent. He had lost interest in the East - there was nothing for him in Zipangu, and life on the streets of Zhanghai only brought him pain.

He began life in the west as a fighter-for-hire and weapons seller as a means of making a living. Soon those around him began to know of and fear his skill. Apparently a curious man named Bartholomew Barker had caught wind of his skills, and gave him an invitation to join his guild. Kirei, looking at it as a means of further increasing his status and resources in the west, decided to take him up on his offer.

Favorite MG: Usually changes from time to time. But it normally bounces from between the Ryu, Lizardman, and Sea Bishop
