So just a question, but how powerful can a character be? All the characters I like are insanely OP.
As long as they aren't too powerful, they're alright. For example, the one I put in has control over reality in one way or another, so go off that I guess.
Also, every character's power will be nerfed by... a good amount from the start, due to the conditions of being apprehended and all.
