This is my second profile on here, and I have been Play-By-Post RPing for about nine years now. I do my best to see every RP to the end or at least let my character come to his/her own dramatic conclusion when I feel like signing off. Just like novel writing in real life, I tend to find myself on long hiatuses. Since writing is a great way to work out your brain, I try stay engaged as much as possible.
My favorite genres include futuristic worlds, mysteries, and super powers. Any mixture of these three elements will peek my interest.

Most definitely. Some fresh blood would help. We have two simultaneous story arcs going on at the moment. I'm sure we could fit a new character in somewhere. What kind of character do you have in mind?

@BladeSS4 It doesn't look like Darkmoon has been online in a while, so you can go ahead and get us to the training islands if you want (after the 100 mile swim). Given his damaged condition but also considering his incredible drive, he can finish somewhere near the front of the pack, somewhere between 3rd and 5th place at least.
People at the front of the pack will be finishing around the 11th hour mark, meaning it would be night time by the time you hit shore. You would have been swimming in darkness for about 2 hours, guided by a light at the top of the mountain, on the main training island.
We can assume Angela is somewhere in the middle of the pack, until we hear from @Darkmoon Angel again.
Or you can continue to wait. It's up to you.

The two others are on a separate story arc, and I'm not sure when they will post again. So, don't let that hold your story arc back. You two can continue at your own pace.

@FalloutJack@Double Very solid plan Niko laid out there. Gotta move fast, because the cameras on the turrets are hi-tech. They will recalibrate quickly. But you are both very fast, so your plan should work!

A test of endurance in the form of a 100 mile swim is now underway. So angela needs to get in the ocean. That's about all you've missed so far.

Krillin actually said it would take an Olymic swimmer fifteen minutes to swim one mile. But, this is 100 miles, so it would actually take an Olympic athlete 25 hours to get there (and that's if they could swim that far without getting tired, through an open ocean).
This is why I said it would take most of the fighters here 12 hours to get there, because you're all supernaturally fit. Having broken bones, it would be impressive if Bakuto could even finish the swim, nevertheless beat the 12 hour estimate.
