Current Euh. It's been a hot minute. Things are rather different for me now, and I don't know how that translates to my presence here.

I don't *think* I'm a bad person. I might be wrong there. I try not to be, even when I screw it up for want of social awareness.

Bio

Hello, I am me from the internet. I migrated here from Kongregate's Forum Games Forum, so feel free to look for me there if you wish to follow a career in internet stalking people. (ಠ_ಠ) ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

A link to some of my past characters, which I need because static tabs do not take up internet.

Infamous Quotes From People Who Exist

“I really don’t follow how your faith believes its perfectly acceptable to doom 4,000 years plus of sentient beings, on a pre-set path of no escape from sin, just so their descendants can be offered the ‘chance of salvation’ when the god murders its own son.”
~vikaTae

“Don’t be an ass or a pussy, ’lest you get screwed by life. Being a mouth or a hand is somewhat safer, and an eye socket is pretty much sacred in this regard, so always keep a look out.”

@NachoBachoPacho Yeh boi, you know how it goes. If he had that DF, what object would you say he needed to cast his magic?
So I hear others have asked questions about the heiress position, but not made any direct claims to the role. That said, I'm making a direct claim to the role now. Gotta get an actually viable character into play ASAP my chum-panions.
What, no thoughts on the Devil Fruit idea I wrote up, folks?

Hito-Hito no Mi, Model: Fairy
A human consumer gains the ability to transform into a tiny (about six to twelve inches tall, with their width and depth scaled to match) winged version of themselves, as well as to achieve hybrid forms which merely have them either shrink to fairy size or grow scaled-up fairy wings (which vary in appearance depending on the consumer) on their full-size body; an animal or object consumer's fully transformed state is simply the tiny winged version of what they'd look like if they had consumed the standard Hito-Hito no Mi Devil Fruit, whilst their hybrid state tends to be a tiny version of their normal animal or object form, plus or minus wings. Evidently, practice or artificial means may allow any consumer to assume other states than what is described, such as shrinking only partway between the basic forms. In any case, the consumer also gains the ability to utilise various forms of "magic" based around manipulation of energy to perform certain thematically-appropriate feats, including both spontaneous spells and time-consuming rituals, with said rituals typically involving one specific object type such as swords, keys, or underwear; they also tend to leave sparkling trails of dust behind them whilst their wings are out, apparently shed from the wings themselves, that can blind people who get the dust in their eyes.

I thought it was pretty cool, at least.
@dragonmancer And in my setting that I probably have, elves aren't aliens, nor can they inexplicably interbreed with giants to produce slightly-larger-than-normal elves. But hey, there you go.
A reminder to everyone that Nuva Doer's specifically disguised himself so that his race isn't in any way obvious. I figured I should make sure that that's clear just in case somebody misses the memo, is all.

@RyoRyoRyoken Well, the Horu-Horu no Mi does do things other than swapping people's genders. But I mean, maybe it's some form of Magic-Magic Fruit, which exhibits its full potential when the user comes up with rituals to perform? For instance, swapping genders, requiring large quantities of underwear. Oooooor nuking an island, requiring enough bombs to blow up an entire island.
Dirk Messir

Dirk figured something had gone rather wrong the moment the explosive guy did his fall-over-catch-lunge thing. The man promptly declared his intent to kill Dirk, and began taking rapid swipes at the ex-slave which, if not avoided, could easily result in lost limbs. Clearly, though, the guy didn't understand the extent of Dirk's full power: with a muttered 'Paper Art', Dirk's body folded away from each attack, every so often moving to parry with his weapon hand too - though the effectiveness of this parrying was something akin to blocking a bullet with a piece of wood, as every pass visibly bent the cutlass, nearly damaging it but for well-timed twists to actually deflect the opponent's blade away from Dirk himself.

The apparent moment of insanity passed, however, once most of the other crew members began to help defend Dirk. A nice reminder of how much they actually cared about Dirk, despite his apparent lack of usefulness. And then the insanity came back with a prolonged rant about how great he apparently was, and how he was the only person who could help protect them from Vice Admirals and Admirals and such, and at some point during it, Dirk decided that he really didn't like the guy at all. He frowned, staring intensely at the guy with his head tilted, and eventually came to a decision about what to say, stepping forward to retrieve the other cutlass and replacing them both in his coat.

'Don't threaten us. Then I'm willing to let you train me.'

@RyoRyoRyoken Something to do with genital rituals, I'm sure. You know arrange the underwear, cast the spell, swap genders, rape a few innocent civilians, then return to normal and pretend she had nothing to do with the situation. You know, normal scenarios.

Incidentally, I'm thinking I'll probably begin writing up short sheets for some of the relevant individuals in Dirk's backstory at some point. Most likely, Yuudaina's going to need a sheet describing at least his abilities soon enough, and maybe I could include something for Sugureta in the Djinn-13, if I don't make him relatively independent.
