No Christmas boss?

Name: Lorenzo de'Medici
Blood: Pureblood
Age by appearance: 27
Immortal age: 298
House: N/A
Rank: Freelance Spy
Short bio: Lorenzo was born in Italy in the 16th century during the height of the Renaissance. He was inducted into training at a early age to become an assassin spy and quickly climbed the ranks in his order. It was only one day after reporting back from a particularly difficult mission, that his 'benefactors' captured him and planned to execute him to hide any loose ends. It was then that Lorenzo was visited by a powerful vampire who offered him the chance of revenge and a 'gift' to exact it. Although he almost initially refused, his anger got the better of him and he accepted, allowing the vampire to 'turn' Lorenzo.

Able to execute his revenge, the vampiric powers that filled him enhanced his already lethal skills and he was able to deftly execute his benefactors, and the order they had created. When his work was done and his blood lust satisfied, the stranger was gone, left to his own devices, Lorenzo wandered the earth to continue to hone his skills in espionage. Every so often though, a voice tickles the back of his mind, a voice he cannot forget and one he probably never would; the voice whispers.

"You serve only me now..."

Lorenzo is the perfect combination of snarky and calculating, using his wit and guile to woo, intimidate or persuade individuals in giving him the information he wants. If all else fails however, he's not afraid to get his hands dirty and cut a few appendages or puncture someone's kidney if need be. He's considered a bastard among vampires since he walks a lone path and doesn't give a damn about it, only those who know with whom the blood he shares are able to tolerate his existence and even at times, use his skills (for a price).
Kyle expected another verbal lashing, an ass kicking, or at the very least a 'Get out', but instead when he felt his hair being ruffled and his body pulled into hers for a hug he felt relieved; he thought he'd really fucked up big time. The DJ apologized too, not wanting whatever was going on between them to end over something so petty. When she brought her fingers over his fresh cuts, he felt the sting of them, but the girl's touch was gentle enough that he could tolerate it.

"Jesus, he really did a number on you, you should probably rinse those. There's a first aid kit in the bathroom, if you need to use it."

"I think between the rain and your hosing shenanigans my wounds are cleaned out well enough," he smirked at the girl before looking down to her hand clutching her shirt, he could just barely see it but the familiar red was there. "Let me see that," he asked, reaching for her hand, she let him and he examined the blood dripping from the finger, it was just beginning to coagulate so it was fairly fresh, "This we should definitely get cleaned up though, come on, you can lead the way."

The bathroom was just across the store and they passed by the entrance to get to it. For just a brief moment, Kyle looked out the window to see if Nick was still there, only to be filled with disappointment to find out that he wasn't, "Stupid bastard..." Maybe there was just something Kyle wasn't understanding as to why Nick didn't come in if he liked Nori so much...to at least apologize after she had apologized to him...maybe he'd meet the youth someday and be able to ask him, maybe not it didn't matter at this point. Once Nori had lead them to the bathroom she began to wash her hands in the sink while Kyle located the first aid kit in the room, pulling a couple of band aids, one for him, one for her. Once she had finished, Kyle had her sit down on the toilet and he knelt in front of her and carefully applied the bandage to her finger so as to cause as little discomfort as possible.

Still feeling somewhat guilty he said, "Sorry again...for all that...Are you going to be alright? I didn't get you fired did I?" He suddenly remembered that last bit from when she scolded him, he really didn't want to be the cause of destroying her livelihood.

He winced at how curt her reply was, she was pissed at him and he knew it, but when she repeated the question again softer this time, Kyle exhaled softly; at least she was willing to hear him out. "To apologize..." he stated simply, her hair looked quite frazzled, matted down in some places from the water, make-up smears across her eyes, face and coat, if he didn't know any better, he'd say she had been crying and frankly...he couldn't blame her. A lot was on his mind now a lot he wanted to say, everything from the fight, to Nori scolding the two idiots, Nick, her face... but now that he was actually here, in front of this woman...where did he even start? He scratched his head and just...started talking.

"I wasn't the one to deal the first blow in that fight...but it was a fight I shouldn't have gotten into all the same, especially not here of all places and not in front of...you..." He felt his heart clench up, remembering that face of anger she had displayed, but even behind the anger, he saw the disappointment in her eyes too, "It was a petty fight, one with the potential to destroy livelihoods, and I don't want to be the one responsible for destroying yours," At this point Kyle dropped down to his knees and crouched down, his slightly swollen forehead reacting to the cold tile below, "From the bottom of my heart Nori Haywood, I am sorry and I hope that you can forgive me, and...if you can find room for more....please forgive Nick too..."
Given recent events, I have found a fun theme for Nick, with a bonus suggestion by @lovely complex

Kyle's heart sank and shattered into a thousand pieces, the rain felt numb to him as his clothing stuck to his body like a second skin. Kyle breathed heavily still recovering from the fight, the onslaught of the hose, and verbal lashing he received from the woman he played tonsil hockey with not several hours ago. Kyle sat there slumped in the street, rain pouring down his face, battered and bruised, with a man in a similar state next to him; in essence, a dumb ass sitting next to a dumb ass. He thought his rage hadn't blinded him, but yet it obscured him from the most obvious place and it was right in front of him. He ran a hand through his hair and wiped it down his face, flinching slightly as he felt the pain in his nose again, now he realized his glasses were missing.

Looking around he found them not too far from where the car had driven off, he got up and walked over to them. Picking them up he scowled at how mangled they were, but he could fix them later, folding them and pocketing them in his wet pants. Turning around he walked over to where Nick was still sitting on the ground, "Look man...can we just agree that we were a couple of dumb asses and just leave it at that..." he reached his hand down to stand the boy up, when he didn't receive any response Kyle sighed and pulled his hand back. "Look, Nick, I'm sorry about what happened between you and Nori, but I had nothing to do with that, and it wasn't kept a secret from me," he let that sink in a bit, "We were walking to the arcade, she saw you in the park and hid herself behind a tree, afterwards she told me that she stood you up...that she felt horrible about it and had been avoiding you since because of it; I'm telling you all this, because she meant it when she told you she was sorry." Kyle wasn't sure if Nick was listening to him at this point, shaking his head he said his final piece, "If you want to wallow here in your deluded self-pity you go right ahead, but I'm going in to apologize, because frankly, we fucked up and she deserves at the very least that much."

He turned away from the boy, walking towards the shop and trying to wring out as much water as he could before he entered, looking back at Nick one last time, Kyle pressed forward and opened the door. A small bell chimed and Kyle entered the building the sudden temperature change was welcome, but he was still dripping wet, and water was pelting the floor below him. "Nori!" He called out, he wasn't sure where she had gone, but from the look on her face when she left, probably as far away as possible...maybe in the back? He walked over to the front counter and found an open door leading to the back area, inside he found the petite girl, dripping wet herself as she was huddled over, cleaning something off the ground, "Nori..." The girl finally looked up at him, his heart ached and he felt genuinely terrible, but he needed to say his piece, then if she wanted him gone... "Can we talk...please?"
@MyCatGinger First there was Metal love and now, there is Dog love!
@Chicogal You should have Copen run into the disguised Amity as she goes to retrieve Kyle's phone.
