I mostly enjoy writing in the Casual section of the guild. Character development and exploring character relationships motivate me. I like to really think myself into my character and their view on others and the world around them which is why I prefer to stick to one character per roleplay. I love world-building but I am also easily overwhelmed with very detailed concepts I haven't been met with before. So you could say I love a decent amount of world-building and prefer original builds. Once everyone has settled, expanding that world and its concept is a great way to create more depth and keep me as a player hooked as I love to discover new things!
My favorite genre is and has always been fantasy. I guess you could say I love escapism to a point where I like to flee the mundane world entirely. I also feel drawn to sci-fi roleplays but I have noticed that those usually intimidate me. I feel like I am not adept at writing about technology and all that sci-fi goodness so I mostly just pine over how awesome some OOCs look and never apply to them.
When it comes to fantasy I feel right at home. For my mind, it is much easier to grasp magical concepts and worlds than sci-fi ones. As a result of this, all the worlds I write up (be it here as a GM or elsewhere) tend to be fantastical in one way or another. I especially enjoy adventure RPs and witch RPs. I like to see new magical systems and am always eager to learn more about the worlds I RP in.
Additionally, all my characters are queer, always. Since I am queer myself and can't imagine playing straight ^^

A rise in threats has been detected - unnatural beings, magical beasts, and other supernatural phenomena pull media attention and feed directly into an anti-witch campaign.

He was taken by a mysterious knight who rode his horse into the deadly woods nearby, taking the young boy with him. But the knight is not a simple man, he is said to be a resurrected ghostly figure forever in search for a squire, kidnapping young boys who never return home.

The Cult of the Dragon has come to Phlan, a lawless refuge on the Moonsea. Now, with no significant authority to stop the cult, other power groups in the Realms – the Harpers, Order of the Gauntlet, Lords' Alliance, and even the Zhentarim – must unite to stop the cult from fulfilling its dark purpose in the city. Meanwhile, Rhana, a drow rogue with a questionable past, and Salissa, a dhampir bard with flair, find themselves somehow involved in this as they tackle different missions aimed at stopping the cult.

Slow slow slow! You are trying to run before you crawl. Get your first post up on this site here first and then we can discuss one thing about Hogwarts. Don't jump into anything now. First there's Diagon Alley to finish, then Platform 9 3/4, Hogwarts Express ride, arriving in Hogwarts, sorting hat ceremony, and slowly ending the first day.
I would like to not spend too much time on the pre-Hogwarts-events, so I hope we go forward relatively quick. So you see, there's still some stuff to go through before we reach Hogwarts at all. So it is on the people who participate in this to decide how quickly they wanna get there - do they drag out their scenes and take 3 posts to get from one shop to another or do they rush through the alley in one go? Does interaction take up on 3 posts or more before situation even moves the slightest forward or can we include that in the posts?
It's all about how you guys do it. Of course I am here to guide and if I feel like I've had enough I will skip the time to evening or next morning or anything. That's why I post as GM and character both. GM posts are for IN STORY but OUT OF CHARACTER posts.
Now I've said soooo much and all you wanted to know is about events. So here's my answer in short: work on a post or we cannot even reach where you wanna go with your thoughts.
Also in the same shop: Cameron (@SomewhatAverage); Talon (@XAnthProper), Callum (@AbysmalDemon) Charlyn was in thoughts about all those robes she saw here when a boy with brown hair - must be a first class too - approached her and just started talking. "This is insane, isn't it? All these wizards and all this magic in just one street. It really puts everything into perspective, don't you think so?"
The way the boy talked gave Charlie a weird feeling. Most 11-year-olds do not talk like this. She looked at him for a few seconds, taking in what he had just said, opened her mouth to reply and -
"Yeah, it does. Even if you're from the wizarding world it is kind of amazing. Sorry for not introducing myself. My name is Callum Elmridge, but you can just call me Cal." Another boy with brown hair, longer than the other boy's though, had stepped to them and just rudely had taken upon the question that was meant ot be for her. He extended his hand and just acted like Charlyn didn't exist.
She then caught his name. "Elmridge?", she said, her voice stating that she obviously knew that name. But she decided to leave any other comment unsaid. She didn't need to make enemies before even boarding the Hogwarts Express.
Instead Charlyn decided to extend her hand to Callum Elmridge. Her father, an open hearted former Hufflepuff, had taught her to always approach strangers with an open mind and no prejudices. For Charlyn, only 11 years old, that was a rather hard task. But she decided to try it with Callum. "I'm Charlyn." She left her last name unmentioned, most people in the nearby wizarding world or those who read the daily prophet knew that Jax Avalon had killed his own 12-year-old brother when he was only 17. And Charlie did not like being confronted with that at all. She hasn't even known either of them.

The Australian woman is more likely to follow than lead, but she will speak up for her thoughts and desires and will not bent to fit into a category or into a liking.
Despite her being very silly and sometimes childish-like, she is a fairly smart and grown-up person. If Alycia considers you her friend, you have a rock, a shoulder to cry on, a foot to kick your ass, a supporting hand, a judge-free, taking secrets into the grave kind of person in her.

| History | Given that Alycia had always wanted to see different places and learn different things, it wasn't a surprise when she announced she wanted to participate in this project. Her parents had always supported her in her decisions and never held her back. The decision for this project was easily made, Alycia often jumped into the blue and then tried to somehow handle the situation, and when she read the travel part of the project online, she had already sent an application for it. No doubt this would be a useful experience and incredible adventure!
