Description:

Name: Bellerophon

Sex: Yes please! His Gender is Male.

Age: 29

Equipment: Spear of Bellerophon(Can pierce almost anything, and as long as it stays pierced can be lifted on the spear without trouble), Battle Bow with broad head arrows, Large Steel Round shield, Belt of Giant's Strength, Full Plate cuirass, Cloak of Charisma, Tame Pegasus

Personality: Confident and courageous among men, modest and kind among women. A man of principal and a code of honor. Coming from horse breeders and horse tamers, a full family of them back to his great great grandfathers has taught him humility but still had pride. A man who would never attempt to cuckold another man, no matter how beautiful or alluring the woman is.

Bio: Son of Poseidon, Tamer of Pegasus before Perseus, slayer of the Chimera. A devout Greek who followed the gods faithfully. He prayed to Athena, Poseidon, his father, Zeus and Ares the most, but paid homage to all other gods in kind.

In his youth before his sixteenth year he tended the horses like his family had for years. But upon his sixteenth birthday he yearned for adventure. And thus he went off to seek it. Sometime during these years of wandering and personal education he stayed in the palace of a king, and there killed a man. He fled to the palace of King Proteus where he was cleared of his crimes after many days of toil. During his stay Proteus' queen fell in love with him and attempted to seduce him one day. Bellerophon, not willing to cuckold his host and friend the king, turned away the queen. She, humiliated and angry, falsely acccused Bellerophon of trying to seduce her. Which put the king in a hard position. He could not harm Bellerophon, so instead gave him a sealed note and sent the young hero to the kingdom of his father in law, King Iobates. Iobates could not kill Bellerophon either as he was a guest in his palace. So instead, Bellerophon was given his greatest deed he is known for. Killing the Chimera.

Bellerophon with sword and shield and armor, set out. Along the way, he was gifted the Golden Bridle from Athena, a spear which would come to bear his name from his father Poseidon, and combat lessons from Ares himself. And a final gift, Zues, the greatest god, called down one of the Pegasi, and with the Golden Bridle, Bellerophon tamed it, and took to the skies on it's back to defeat the Chimera.

Sometime later Bellerophon returned to Iobates, the head of the Chimera swinging from his saddle, and the winged horse as his mount. Iobates still sent Bellerophon on several more quests, to clean out brigands, pirates and ogres. Until the falsity of Proteus' queen was uncovered. And Iobates told Bellerophon of the problem that had caused all this. Iobates apologized to Bellerophon by giving him half his kingdom, and his youngest daughter to wed.

Bellerophon now roams the countryside, going on personal quests, saving town and watching over his people.

On one such day roaming he and Pegasus flew over Iolcus. And decided to set down for a brief rest in a garden of a tavern. There he heard news, that Prince Jason was putting together a crew, to sail on the Argo in search of the Golden Fleece.

What better way to seek more adventure then take to the sea alongside other legends. He took to the shore beside legends like Heracles, Acastus and Nestor. He clasped hands with Orpheus and Iolaus. And paid humble homage to Argus himself. When asked which men would sail he stepped forth, Pegasus rearing behind him, to say he would sail, and follow young Jason to the ends of the earth if need be.
Okay crappy CS is crappy, ain't so crappy no more.
Nien!

Make this nao! xD

I'm kidding.

Yeah RL first man.
Howard crept his way through the jungle undergrowth. Part of it was lit up by fires from the compound. And this worked as a beacon and unofficial return call to any patrols that were out at night. Howard watched one right then. They were moving at a decent clip, but not that fast as only one of them seemed to have a working headlamp. He quickly turned his radio off when Imran relayed the objective to keep taking out patrols until pick up arrived. He intended to do just that. But that sudden blurt of static and chatter was pretty loud in the relative quiet of the jungle. He ducked low as one of the patrolmen stopped and looked out into the darkness around him. The whole squad stopping, and the one with the headlamp passing the bright light over the foliage.

Howard hrmed softly, trying to piece together a way to make this work. He slowly drew his Honey Badger. He tucked rifle butt to shoulder. Then sighted into the C79 sight. The 3.4x scope working very well in the light. He he took a few long deep breathes, then squeezed the trigger. The round hissing out, heading right for the man with the lamp. The bullet whickered up, and took out the lamp, but left it's wearer unarmed. Because of the sudden darkness. Several of the men fired blindly and Howard counted atleast four friendly fire incidents. One man getting 2 bullets into the spine, another dropping to the side gripping his throat where a bullet had cut the artery. And the last howling in pain as a bullet punched through his bicep. Howard sheathed the carbine on his back, and drew his bow next, pressing buttons, an arrowhead screwing silently onto a shaft. He smiled, drew the arrow, and crept out to a firing position. Leaning partially out onto the path, taking aim and firing. The arrow burying into the ground at the feet of the remaining men.

Moments later, the forest was again lit up by light. And sound and screams. As the HE arrowhead, the size of a large marble goes up. Enough explosive packed in there to make a Hummer driver think twice of proceeding. Collapsing the bow. Howard drew his 'hawks again, very quietly stalking forward. Checking the moaning bodies. Many of them had compression injuries. As he went he counted almost all of them with internal bleeding. As far out as they were. Howard didn't need to do much. Except to sheath one tomahawk and draw his knife. Putting one man out of his misery honorably. As he was aware enough to die in slow excruciating pain rather then quickly like the rest as their bodies shut down on them over the next few seconds. Howard then proceeded on, turning his radio on again, "Two groups down. Proceeding to find somemore." He crept off in the direction of a secondary pick up position. And in the direction some tracks were headed.
So is this still a thing?

Or did we decide to drop it?
Okay so yes I'll post again. Try too anyway.

I don't have alot to post to right now. But I think I can come up with something.
Carl grunted as the Growler bounced and jolted down the road. He grinned as the went from what he could remember of their big brother and sister in the PMC they could do all the work alone if given the chance. Not that the three of the smaller Juggernauts would give them that chance. As they bounced along he grinned back at the two snipers, taking over from Jenny and Ross, "Oh believe me, those two down there who are starting the party without us? They represent the current pinnacle of unassisted personal armored infantry fighting. I don't know how they do it, and I doubt I ever will. They are giants in all sense of the word. Heavy, deadly and dangerous. And never ever think they aren't. You'll get a good idea of it during this operation." He turned back then pointed ahead, "I'm seeing contacts." He began to full-load his LMG as the jeep came to a grinding halt to let the snipers out. And began to fire, shortly after Ross did. Spitting smaller rounds out at the desert fighters, "Get some! Get some! This is for Brussells you mothers!"
Nolan leapt out of the growler, grabbing rifle and ammo pack as he scrambled away, ducking to avoid stray rounds as the armored infantry rolled off. He engaged in a ground eatting lop, not quite a run, he didn't want to fuck up his breathing. He'd need it for the fighting. As they slid into a good firing position he reached into his pack grabbing his APERs mines. Then dashed over, digging into Andrew's pack without asking and grabbing the mines out of there too. He then hopped some rocks and began setting up perimeter defenses and booby-traps. He set down nine mines in quick succession. Leaving them a way out if they had to bolt from their position, but covering their rear and flanks just in case the insurgents below got it in their heads to come after them. He grabbed his survival knife from where he left it so he could dig a mine into a dirt hill. He then came dashing back. He vaulted the rock and settled in with Andrew, "Our out is at seven o-clock, over the ridge behind us and through a hole in some rocks. Provides cover and an easy out. All other vectors are covered by mines. We'll be fine."

He began to set his rifle up, clicking the bipod down. And slotting a magazine of HEIAP rounds into the breech. He cycled the bolt manually quickly on his TAC that he had brought rather then his own XM500. He then checked the spotting device, mentally taking note of distances and points of interest. He nodded, "Good dope on the scopes...let's see then...sandstone...ramparts...and...got them." He took a long deep breath, and let it out, calming his breathing. He blocked out the sound of the shooting beginning in earnest below. Frankly as long as the firing didn't happen right beside his head he had other things to worry about, "Windage seems almost nil..." He flicked his thumb on the safety stud of his rifle and smiled, "Mjolnir huh? Let's test that." He put eye to scope. Got a good hold, and pulled the trigger.
Carl grabbed the roll cage of the growler as Jenny skidded it into the small building. He urfed as the sudden stop almost gave him whip-lash. He shook his head to clear it, demounting his M249 off the front of the growler and jumping out. Almost instantly buzzing down a quartet of enemy soldiers that came running over to try and get the jump on them. "Remember we're in Section E-24. Don't forget your purse Cap." He chuckled as he stepped out into the street and immediately ducked back as a big .50 cal GMG somewhere ahead spat down at him. He peeked out around the corner, "Stay strong out on your side Jenny." He reached back over his shoulder, pulled his Carl Gustav off his back, loading one of the Dual Purpose High Ex rounds he carries. He grins, "Clear my back blast!." He shouted as he stepped out around the corner, feeling a .50 round splang off his left shoulder. He smiled raising his left arm a moment later and flipping off the .50 crew. Then pulled the trigger on the RCR. The rocket hissed out, and took out the whole top floor of the building the GMG was in. He laughed, "Good to be back." He slotted the GarlG back onto his back then fell into Ross's shadow. M249 at his shoulder, spitting rounds out cutting down enemies as they went.
Victor strode forward confidently, unlike the amazon they had destroyed earlier, there was almost nothing this army of fighters had that could hurt them. Other then those RPGs of course. And maybe those big 12.7mm guns. Maybe anyway. It was still up for debate as even without full frontal armor he'd already taken a few of those .50 cal rounds to the chest. Victor stepped past a man who he had pretty much cut into with splash damage from his grenades. He didn't need to worry about him, Natalie is behind him, she'd take care of him. He had other things to worry about, like clearing the way. He swung his Grenade Machine Gun back and forth smoothly. The recoil off it almost unnoticeable by the big man. Every round, pin point accurate. He blink-fired two of his rockets. Taking out a technical coming down a side road. He highlighted another rocket target and sent a tird rocket at the base of a run down inn. The rocket hissed in, blew up some load bearing walls an brought the building down on top of several fighters inside. He walked right past, ignoring the screams of pain and calls for help.

The one time he did slow, and almost stop is when they came in sight of the walls of the fort. And several RPG rockets came hissing down. They missed, but pattered his armor with debris an shrapnel. He grit his teeth and fired up at the tops of the walls to get those fighters heads down. He grunted, "C4 hun? Gimme a second." He patted himself down quickly, somehow managing to keep firing his XM307 one handed, though the fire was far less accurate then if he had been using both hands. He finally answered, "I've got five stachels left." He looked at the gate then grinned, "Fifty seconds." He swung his launcher onto his back. Took up a sprinters stance for a second, then with a push, he started running, it wasn't a fast run but it ate ground quickly. Half way there he had two of those C4 bricks out, one in each hand. He slammed them both onto the gates, then planet a third up there as well. He quickly connected them together then hurried back to where Natalie waited.

As he did, he heard a crack, and a man from on the walls came tumbling down, landing to his right, a large hole punched right through his chest. There came a series of more cracks moments later. Booming, almost deafening sounds. And he turned to see several more fighters pitch backwards off the wall or forward onto the ledge or over onto the ground outside. "Big Bore rifles firing." He clicked into Ross, Carl and Jenny's comms, "Are those big bore rounds yours little friends?" His Norwegian and Mohican accent sounded like someone had taken the best of both worlds and created a god.

He reached Natalie again, and checked the timer on his HUD. Forty-eight seconds, he had beat the fifty second mark he had given. He pointed at the connected C4, "Go ahead babe." He told Natalie. "The fireworks are all yours."
Did you just make a Warhammer 40K reference in a greek mythology RP IC?

That's like refering to Star Trek at a Star Wars convention man, that could get you lynched.
I was going to say Herakles originally. But then thought better of it.
I was thinking of Bellerophon honestly.

Wow, was not expecting a turn out for this. Apparently after posting that I have an idea for an RPG, no one will notice it until much much later. Go figure.

So does that mean you don't want to do this then?
