Tonsillitis would be good. Since it's caused purely by the body

Or something like an eye infection....
Wait

Pink eye or the likeness

Yes

Do one of those....if you do go for it
Eyes or tonsales are my vote.

Edit:
Oh my god how did I miss that the kelpie was in the summer realm oh my goodness

*face desk*

I can edit so that someone finds our lovely kelpie
@shylarah
Well....this would be horrible and with how it's dealt with id say probably don't use it but there is the lovely subject of prions
Prions are basically defective proteins that when they 'hit' a normal protein they change it to a prion and create chains. These chains basically destroy the brain....it's what causes mad cow
There is no species barrier
There is no vaccine
Nothing can get rid of it

But it is a good example of a thing that can travel anywhere to any being.

Also my thing is that tetanus in particular requires specific environments. Plants and rust and when in a wound it tends to be deep. Requires a series of shots

Hence why I suggested the flu and the cold. Both are viruses and are human related....there is also other various diseases that can be bad like measles chicken pox and so on that are more human related that could be used. I'd say chicken pox would be very interesting to see in a fae realm....measles is too cruel.
@Prince of Seraphs
True
It would be interesting to think about in detail

But tetanus in particular would not do well in the fae realm

The flu probably would be fine so would the common cold

So possibly she could come down with the flu
@Wick
Lightning is more powerful then fire ;)
Also side note lightning dragons are sought after by the scientists because of how much they can use from them and the scales are a bit different

Frost is also sought after

Water and fire are good but not as fantastic...earth is okay

There are other types of dragons but they aren't as well known as of yet

Edit: also I am not feeling well at all so may take me a bit to post
Especially with all the ideas I have going on in my brain
@shylarah
Tetanus is not just rust it's also on plants
But in this case it would not work since the realm is not a human one

Tetanus is a very fascinating disease...one of the best section in microbiology
Lockjaw...can have the subject with muscle spasms so bad they snap their own spine

Anyway. For her to get a disease she would need to some into contact with someone from the human realm who is either a carrier or is sick

Or she somehow manages to wander into the human realm to contract an illness and have it incubate until she gets back then have it become fully into the illness stage
This would probably be bad for the fae realm either way
@shylarah
Falk is interesting

I'm just waiting to see what will occur next...also curious whom will kidnap Lyra >.>
Which is a terrible idea but you know...plot potential there
Or just wake him up
Have him stay till the sappy couple kicks him out :P

Peter inhaled slowly and shook his head at the offer. "I much prefer wine when I do drink but thank you" he ran a hand through his hair and sighed before looking at west.

"We did lose a chunk of our resources....but we still have the aquatics and the materials that were already harvested. Worst case scenario we can ship some supplies from a different location. Those locations are smaller so we would not be able to do bulk shipments but smaller ones would be possible in emergency cases. This was a small thorn. In no way will this cause us to shut down." he looked between the two and ran his hand through his hair again.

"it had to be an inside job. That would explain how the rooms were opened." he tapped his chin. "we will have to change the codes. Possibly do some behavior tests...we can work out the details later."

Paon's snores ended abruptly as he woke up. Being in an unfamiliar room caused a bit of a panic as he bolted upright in a sitting position with claws exposed on his hands. Breathing heavily he looked around the room with eyes that seemed to be lit in the darkness. An ability he does not have access to unless he felt threatened.

After he figured out he was in a hotel type room he looked for his glasses, found them, and put them on. He figured the other two fell asleep and ended up looking out the window.
@Wick
Next post I do I'll wake up Paon and move him out of there
