Vladimir nodded and took the bills he noted the amount and carefully placed them in a pocket in his coat with nothing else in it. He looked over when the door opened. His attitude changed somewhat, he seemed to almost soften somewhat. Though thinking that made him weak would not be a good idea. He looked back at Alexander and nodded. "This man has paid for my services. He will be staying as long as we do." he lightly guided Alexander inside and closed the heavy door behind them. He tilted his head. "you should be sleeping off the rum you sipped Sasha"
He had a rather amused look on his face. He then looked back at his new client. "Unfountunatly I have run out of private bedrooms...so" he walked over to one of the couches and pulled out a bed. "This is where you will stay. I will try not to wake you since I don't typically sleep." he studied the man. "Bathrooms are over here" he showed him then went back to the pull out and realized blankets are probably a good idea. He moved to a different closet and pulled out some along with a pillow and put them on the bed.
He managed to look back at Sasha in her nightgown and felt a whirlwind of emotions he hadn't felt in a very long time. They were visible in his eyes for a moment before he cleared his throat and looked back at Alexander. "Have a good night." he made his way back to his room and closed the door. He ran a hand through his hair and inhaled.

Vladimir watched the strangers reactions and mentally noted them. He briefly wondered what kind of vampire this one was. He did have a few smaller animals on his land, but he generally didn't like others hunting them. Course if he is to protect this one, he would prefer that over humans. He raised a brow and have a light chuckle at the credit card comment. "I do not. Technology is not my strong suit." he looked at the bills offered and nodded. "As much as you can now, the rest later" he was not heartless. He wouldn't refuse them without the whole amount. Money was mostly to show a contract had been started...that he wouldn't immediately change his mind. It took a lot to have him change his mind...but when he did it usually involved handing the money back and leaving.

Vladimir leaned against the wall listening to the vampire speak. He tilted his head he would never admit it, but those being chased usually had his sympathy. However, he did not trust very easily. His eyes narrowed. Many years of living and so many being solitary led him to not being the best around people. Though currently, his wolf half wanted to protect the small pack that had be formed....at least...what it thought of a pack. He ran a hand through his hair forcing himself to calm down and think through what the stranger was saying. He decided to respond, his voice calmer, but still held the threat of a storm. "I am Vladimir. Last name is unimportant." grey eyes still held the storm as he continued. "My services do not come cheap and staying in one of my homes is not typically a part of it"
He studied the vampire more. "However, I will allow you to stay as long as I do....and if you do not pay now, you will owe me." he didn't always require payment. Those whom he found in dire need of a unique situation such as Sasha did not need to pay him. While being chased earned his sympathy, it still required pay...though at a discount. "for your stay I require at least $500. 200 for staying here, 300 for my services of protection while you are here" that was half of what he would usually require. Not needing it also put him at the unique position that if he does not like the individual he can hand whatever money was given back and leave them to their own devices.

Tokala walked outside and in a rather happy tone received a report on what was happening with a new individual. He raised a brow and headed that way. He silently stood behind the newcomer and nodded to Ryun. He lifted a finger to his lips to show not to give away his position. He was there to protect those two and make sure the newcomer behaved.
He tilted his head and listened to what was going on. His tail waving back and forth with an amused expression on his face.
