Name: Shinen Kurogane

Age: 28

Gender: Male

Role: Doctor/Chemist/Swordsman

Appearance: Red Eyes and Black hair. Stands at 6'3 and has a sinister air to him. Always wearing square rimmed glasses and a white coat, though his underclothes are in flux. Carries a tanto and a wakizashi, both with black steel blades, on his left hip when he leaves the ship.

Personality: Very cold and aloof. Generally seems to have a chip on his shoulder, and tends to be just fine with beating a man halfway to death and then helping him to recover.

Background: From age 5 to 19 he lived in a dojo, training in the way of the sword. At 19, his excessive ego and lust for battle found him kicked to the streets. For a year, he roamed, fighting to prove he was the best, until he found himself aboard the ship of the Blade Devil Pirates. Convinced in his own superiority, he challenged the pirates. He fought several of their top officers, gaining the attention of their captain, who had eaten the Arms-Arms fruit. Thoroughly outmatched by the devil fruit eater, Kurogane was tossed overboard and left for dead. He ended up clinging to life, and washed ashore on an island inhabited by an elderly doctor and chemist. The man saved Kurogane's life, explaining that the swordsman would become his successor in payment for the life that was saved, as the doctor had no heir. So, for the next 8 years, the swordsman trained under the doctor, becoming skilled in the medical and chemical arts as he was with the blade. When the old man passed away, Kurogane once more set to the road, trying to find some new direction in his life.

Name: Ryumaru Hime

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Role: Front line combatant, Bara Bara no Mi/Chop Chop Fruit

Appearance: Her pale green hair is kept tied into a braided ponytail that reaches down to the small of her back. Her eyes are ocean blue. She stands at roughly 5'4 and has a slight frame. Wears a sand colored duster over a form fitting white shirt and black capris. She wears two belts, each of them with two flintlock pistols and a cutlass strapped on. She does not wear shoes unless in extreme heat or cold.

Personality: Quiet and somewhat timid around friends and strangers alike. She seems more comfortable on the battlefield than in peaceful situations, though it is clear from seeing her fight that she doesn't particularly enjoy combat.

Background: A former child soldier, her entire battalion was wiped out at the entrance to the Last Ocean. She managed to survive, washing ashore outside the cursed sea. Since then she's been able to live a peaceful, albeit nervous, existence, acting as a militiaman for a small village.

@Jangel13 Angelo is approved, go ahead and post him to the CS tab. @LokiLeo789 Mercury is a conductor, yeah. Think about this in the logic of the show. Being nonconductive is immunity. Conductivity would be a weakness. Anyway, change the Electricity immunity and Ray-Ray's approved. @TalijaKey Not sure whether or not to say anything on approval. Your fruit may do a little too much for a Logia, so I'm going to kind of wait on final approval to see what anyone else thinks.

Eh, it's a canon fruit, even if it doesn't have a name in canon. Go with the weaknesses and crap on the wiki. Never mind. Didn't realize the change. And speaking as a chemist, any metal elemental Logia would be highly susceptible to electricity, not the other way around. Edit: Also, Hydra Hydra would be a cool name for that fruit :p Reedit: I will also confirm that from a chemical standpoint, yes, that fruit will grant an immunity to acid.
