Personality:he is rather wild,he is funny but takes things seriously when it's needed
History:jack and Erick are best friends,Erick discovered his power shortly after jack did,however for him it was different,not only could he control the water,he could turn it into solid weapons as well,when his family found this they were happy for him,they always knew he loved the water but felt that his neighborhood would look down on him,but they didn't,they were in fact awestruck to see someone have the power to control 70% of earth!however,this was during the summer so the school had no way of knowing what happened.when school did start, kids were talking about how Erick could control water,then one day some teachers discovered it was true,overtime they grew to dislike him,eventually it was decided that he was to be kicked out of school for what he was,1 year later he has ran away from home because the school hating him spread to everyone else,when jack took off he told Erick about where he was going,so Erick than after this incident,went to the same place as jack,hoping to be reunited with his friend,

Second I changed my mind a while ago I'll use another character I came up with a year ago(before I got into rp)he goes by the nick name sea strider,I'll forge him into a character for this

Abilities:
Monsoon:summons a tsunami to send all enemies in its path flying as far as to the arena walls if nothing is in the way
Spirit of the lapis:jacks eyes become as blue as the deep ocean,and his naginata becomes a scythe(5minutes)causing jack to become twice as fast and twice as strong
Depth embrace:shields wounded allies in a shell of water,healing them for 10 seconds
Dive:jack can turn the floor into an ocean that still looks like the floor,he can swim through the "water" and drag enemies under to drown them
Leviathans wrath:jacks body explodes into a beam of blue light,when this clears he is wearing a suit of armor carved from lapis yet strong as a gods armor,his naginata becomes a spear taller than jack,the spear appears to be a silver sea snake with a blade extending from its mouth,jack it three times as fast and can use all attacks are stronger by 20%,there is a negative to this:jack can only use this if he isn't seriously hurt,this is because when leviathans wrath ends,jacks body will almost give out,he will be out of breath and dizzy,but when he catches his breath,he will be okay to fight
Appearance:his naginata rests on his back,he has a silver guard covering his mouth
And he wears light grey hooded cloak with gold patterns flowing like veins all over it
Other:I added a major disadvantage to leviathans wrath to make it reasonable,without any disadvantage he could be a god(even though he sorta is like Poseidon in a way)
Jack wears the hood of his cloak which covers his face until he takes it off,when he is in battle
