Also, I've decided this is Gilles's costume, as nothing struck fear into the hearts of Mega Man players more than this guy, and that caption seems like something Gilles would do as a silly dumb parody of the character due to the hate he gets if anyone recognises the character. And being a theatre kid he's definitely had experience with putting together costumes.
