It depends how over-the-top you want this to be.

As long as it's not skinny fifteen year olds wielding Giant scissors while riding on back of a Dino... I'm pretty good with it. Just keep it based in reality.

But since I have legit commitment, I'll actually work on background and stuff. So you have an idea of how much "over-the-top" is acceptable.

Hey, I liked that movie. But yeah, it was a enjoyable mess.

I liked it too. I wanted to rewatch it recently, but it came to my attention I don't actually own it... which I can understand. Because thematically and characterization wise, it was a mess.

but as you know my RP schedule fluxes a lot. So I just want to throw interest here to see if anything comes from it.

Ivy took a moment to stare at the man picking himself off a ruined car. The fact he was metal, or metal-ish made her stare. She had seen mutants and other metas on her travels, but nothing like him. Though he must have noticed because he looked at her and spoke.

"They are not the most friendly sort, I would recommend you leave this street."

Colossus

The thick accent gave her a little pause as she looked at him. She looked at him for a second longer. Then she remembered why she was here. She remember Sarah. Whom she had forgotten for a moment and the rage was back full force. Without actually replying she looked back up at the window he had come through and then checked her address. While she was looking down at her writing she heard someone from the now broken window.

"Begone foul Mutant!" A man's voice cried. Ivy's head snapped back up to see a robed man, his face hidden, pointing a unique looking gun at the man by the car. Ivy instantly recognized the voice. David. Her rage, barely in check, bubbled over.

"David! You Bastard!" Ivy shouted up. She didn't have any idea what was going on. But that didn't matter. All she wanted was Sarah. The robed man jerked in surprise and he turned his weapon on Ivy. With the new angle Ivy could somewhat see his face.

Manic. Ivy's mind supplied. He's gone mad. Or maybe he was always mad, she just hand't seen it before.

"What did you do with her?!" Ivy demanded, paying the gun no heed. Or at least that was the appearance she had given. She could feel a plant in the apartment. It wasn't large, but it was enough. She was feeding it energy and directing it towards David. Soon it would be close enough to wrap around an arm, maybe his throat, she just needed to keep his distracted. Not an easy thing when apparently he wanted to kill someone.

I just wish I knew what I was going to do with Carol outside of have her do these one-shot arcs around Metropolis or work with Kai-Ro when he comes to Earth.

There's always Cap. I need someone at HQ so I can continue his arc (If Thor doesn't stick around). :D If not I'm gonna have to start NPC'ing non active Leaguers. Can't always rely on Zee. Though there's no epic, earth shattering plots on his end. Just fun little snipits that will one day build up to a major arc of consequences.

@Blue Demon Heh, well given that misspelling Rogers one time hasn't effected the quality of your posts I let it slide. What would life be without a little human error here and there? Other than eminently safer, obviously.

I'm with @Morden Man on that one, @Blue Demon. Once I noticed the "Rodgers" was a one-time slip, I let it slide. I mean, I've got to look up Curt Connors' last name every time I use it -- including that time -- just to verify that it's "Connors" and not "Conners." (Incidentally, I'm the same way with Connor/Conner Kent, although that's mostly because the two keep getting used interchangeably.)
