Current Almost exactly one year since I step away from being here, and a lot can change in that amount of time. Here's hoping I can find a game or two and see how things go from here.

Bio

WIP I'm coming back after forever so clearing all of this seems like a good choice.

Just few basic things.

1. Left for my own sort of health reasons.
2. I ran a game for almost a decade when I stepped away from everything.
3. Currently working on getting an interest check up for the game I am going to hopefully be able to run.

All set, that's all for now.

She also has the slight psychological problem of being overprotective of her plants.

Her powers are similar to those of her mother. She can control plants, allowing her to accomplish different tasks. She unfortunately also inherited the toxins that are in her blood stream from her mother. So she also has the deadly kiss factor. She is immune to poisons and most diseases. She is athletic, so she is naturally strong.

History

She grew up in the care of her mother. Her life has been difficult and she has constantly been on the move, never staying in one area of the city for very long. With Poison Ivy in and out of jail constantly, Mary has never had a stable home. Her mother was a murderer and she never accepted it. Marygold has never approved of her mother's life of crime.

As she grew older, Poison Ivy would sometimes drag her on some of her crimes. Marygold was disgusted by the fact, but never said anything about it. There were several things that made her uneasy, besides the fact that her mother was a criminal. Over the years, she has always asked who her father was, or how she was even born, since it was very difficult for her mother to have children. Poison Ivy would just change the subject and ignore her.

When she hit her teenage years, Marygold was happy that she didn't inherit the green tint in her mother's skin. When Marygold was 15 years old, her mother was arrested and this time was sent to Arkham Asylum. She had no one to watch over her, and no one wanted to risk her being sent into the foster care system. Commissioner Gordon himself came forward, and let her stay with him. He didn't fully trust the girl, and wanted to keep close tabs on her. He didn't want Marygold to help her mother break out, this caused her to be placed in the home of the Commissioner and his daughter Barbara.
Setting: DC Universe, primarily Gotham.

Per the ARGUS Initiative, children of those incarcerated in Arkham Asylum are transferred to newly opened Wayne High, sponsored by Wayne Corp. These children are given extra care and attention, in order to help them continue to live on the straight and narrow. Once a week, the kids are let into Arkham Asylum for visitation, with the psychiatrists imagining that it may help their patients. However, there's a catch. The kids are heavily monitored and used as hostages in order to keep their criminal parents under the wraps.

Daphne Pender

Location: Mine

She grabbed a pair of cutters from Gideon. He was still looking around at other parts of the wreckage. She walked back to the where there were pieces that could be used to patch up the hull. She started pulling off bits of metal, cutting it away from the larger ship. There wasn't much she could do, Gideon never told her how much of the hull needed to be patched up. Well, might as well cut several pieces of metal off. If we have extra than so be it, makes it easier the next time the ship gets a hole in it.

Daphne kept slicing away at pieces of metal. Once there was a somewhat large pile of metal, she started pulling it over and loading it up into the vehicle that they had come in. She managed to get Gideon to help her out, so she didn't risk hurting herself lifting it all by herself. She grabbed the equipment from him that could siphon out the fluid that they needed. Daphne set to work once more, getting the fluid the ship needed.

Why am I the one doing this? Why did I agree to come along anyway? Oh, wait. It had something to do with the fact that I wanted to leave this planet quickly after the ship nearly blew up mid-flight. How could I forget that. Oh well, might as well try to get this over with quickly so Vengeance can get off the ground. Daphne siphoned out a few containers of hydraulic fluid, there wasn't anything with them that could filter it. They would have to do that back on the ship.

"Alright, might as well try and see if there is anything else that could be useful nearby." Daphne said, talking to herself.
Zachary Carpenter

Location: Altsoba High School (Shelter)
Interacting With: Adult Volunteers

He drove over to the high school, seeing several people surrounding the front door. He looked around for about 10 minutes before he finally found a parking spot that was at the far end of the parking lot, giving him a fairly good hike back to the front door. As he walked up, several people stepped aside to let him through, whispering to one another as he walked by.

He quickly found the group of the volunteers who were running the shelter. They were in a room that was crowded with children of various ages, ranging from kindergarten to high school students. He caught a glimpse of the Japanese girl he had seen the night before, looking around at the crowd. She was even casting the occasional glare at the adults. Wonder what she is planning to do?

He walked over to the volunteers, and gave them a tired wave. They told him about the kid who had gone crazy, and had injured people. Zachary shook his head and glanced around the room. There wasn't really anywhere that was safe. No place that could fit them all either. The police force was spread thin.

"Alright, we can't exactly spare many cops at the moment, there are people scattered all over the town. I'll send a member of my force to stay here though, sadly that is all I can spare at the moment. Why are there so many children here? Shouldn't they be with their parents?" he said as he looked around the room.

Mitsukuri Katsumi

Location: Altsoba High
Interacting With: No one

She noticed the sheriff walk into the room. What the hell is he doing here? Kind of feel like he's following me around. Oh, he's talking to the adults, this could be my chance. She looked over and noticed that since the volunteers were talking to the sheriff, no one was paying any attention to the front door. Kat ducked amongst the crowd, and no one was paying any attention to her. All of the other kids were talking to one another. They all probably already think that I'm a weirdo, so it doesn't matter if they see me.

She made her way through the crowd, and slipped out the door to the school. Oh, sweet freedom! I can't stand any of those idiots, they have no idea what they are doing! She kept an eye out for any police officers who might drag her back to the shelter. Kat knew that she needed to get back to her apartment. She had supplies there that would help her against the demons and other supernatural creatures that are appearing. She needed more holy water, maybe a few other things that would be helpful.

She made her way swiftly through the nearly deserted streets of Altsoba, making her way to her apartment. Wondering what those who had been at the meeting were doing, and whether she could find them to try and stop all of the demons.
