"Thanks for that, Jiraiya," said Shiranui, "Yoto, take Gengar out with Shadow Claw!" Ghostly blades sprouted from Yoto's blade, making the Aegislash look like a seven-branched sword. Yoto shot out towards Gengar while Niwatori stood by.
Gengar was knocked out by a critical hit. Jiriya used Aerial Ace and effotesssly defeated Ariados.

A howl of battle soon erupted over the area as a young man with blonde hair leaped down from the stands as he saw more grunts sending in Pokemon. "Finally some action" he said with smirk as nodded to his Lucario who mega evoked as well and dived into battle.

Sashia growled as her Ice fox growled alongside her after avoiding the cube. The hail was gone replaced by shimmering sunlight which only made Ninetails fur glistened as she charged into battle fighting off Pokemon using her tails and claws without her trainer needing to give commands to her moves.
(It was just that one duo.)
"Grimm, Fire Punch!" Liam ordered.
Getting mad, Gengar and Venonat were sent out to try and ambush Yoto and Niwatori. A blur leapt upward and slashed at Venonat, KOing it. There stood Jiriya, and he did not look particularly happy.

"You had to get in the way, didn't you punk?" Kidd said.
"You were supposed to be in that battle. You foiled our plans by losing!" Billie sneered. The Rockets called out Weavile and Ariados.

Liam did lose some points with that counter. Grimm was hurt by the hail. The ice made a convient comoflauge for a capture cube falling from the roof, trapping Grimm and another one, also obscured heading for the Alolan Ninetails.
Grimm was pelted by hail. The Shadow Sneak hit the intended target. "Fire Punch!" Liam called.
"Dodge with Shadow Sneak!" Liam called. Grimm melted into the floor, making the Shadow Ball miss and Grimm made his attack, hitting the Ninetails from behind.
