“Don’t worry about it,” Riku said unsure if it would be wise to pet it.
Liam pulled out his Go Googles he got in Hoenn, and apologized that he didn't have enough to provide them for the people who needed them.
Riku had come out of his dorm for the day. He had not been here very long and had not even met anyone yet. He felt that people might be more understanding of his heritage here, and was walking around with the long sleeves of his dress shirt unbuttoned so that the scales showed slightly. He was also relieved that he did not have to put in the effort to keep his eyes from the faint glow that they want to do.
Above all, he was surprised to find a sword resting on his dorm bed with a note of unusual characters on it. Riku figured that it must be the dragon language when he compared it to a note in that language his father left behind. Riku did not know why the note would be left in a language he can not read, I mean what would the point of that be? He fastened the sword to his side and went out. He had gotten used to carrying a sword in his training and felt odd not having one after his old one broke.
As he walked down the hall, with his hands cupped behind his spiky black hair, he noticed someone walking his way with what seemed to be a dog with them. ( @digichiptune )
Can I get the cliff notes to what has happened so far?

Bio:
Riku was raised by his mother after she was impregnated by an attractive stranger one night. The following morning she came to learn that the man she had met was, in fact, a dragon. He was getting on in years (by dragon standards) and wanted an heir to one day inherit his hoard of gold. He left her a necklace with a talon on it to give to their child upon his eleventh birthday. She never saw him again.
While learning to speak, Ryu kept missaying his name as "Riku", causing the name to stick in the mind with some of his first friends and just decided to go with it, liking the name better. Riku had no real problems making friends at first until he accidentally burned a kid with a sneeze. After the incident, he and his mother moved away.
He tried making friends at another school and did fine until his eleventh birthday when he started to show more draconic features, such as the slight scaly appearance on his arms. He lied for a while and claimed it was a rash, but eventually started wearing long sleeve shirts to hide them. His eyes also began to glow when he would be under stress, and accidentally caught his desk on fire when he coughed during a test. Luckily for him, the idiot near him had pulled out a lighter around that time and they were perceived as the culprit, and Riku even believed it until he got home that day and was told the truth of his lineage.

"I'll get Hydro," Liam stated. He sent Hakmo-o to Oak to have the Blastoise in his party, as he would likely be the least effective choice in taking on these next to challenges.
"Well, let's rearrange our teams and get going," Liam said once the Pokémon were returned.
Oh, is that the star ball? Also, got 6 of the 7 Orichalcum+, just need to work on Gummi missions so I can take on the Omega Gummi superboos and get that last one, then I'll have the Ultima. Already got Save the Queen+ and Save the King+.

no, that's the Luxo Ball (The one in Andy's Room) A113 is the class in the California Institute of Art that many animators go through. As such in homage A113 is hidden in many bits of animation. Such as the license plate on the car that Andy's mom drives in the first Toy Story, Krusty the Klown's prison uniform number, In Coco, it was the office number for the room that Manny is pulled into and told how he can get back to the world of the living, in Wall-E it was the code that told the ship to not return to Earth
"Maybe bring some water-types with us as well," Liam said. "My Go goggles will be useful as well."
