Personality:
Tsuyoi has been raised with the deep seated belief that appearances and personalities are illusions; What someone displays in public is what they want the world to see and what they show in private is how they want whomever is with them to see them. Embracing this ideology, Tsuyoi views everyone around him as an actor on the stage of reality and uses that self awareness to try and tailor himself to adept to the situation he is currently in.
There are somethings that are consistent, despite his ever changing masks of personality. He greatly respects and loves his Grandmother, enjoys a sincere passion for music and singing while being somewhat flirtatious with those he meets. He also seems to have a habit of blending truth with lies at every opportunity; Lying is a skill that requires practice after all and not only does it help him practice for his later Shinobi career but it also has the added benefit of helping his peers develop a more useful shinobi mindset.

History:
Tsuyoi was born in the Konoha hospital to two proud parents who dead tragically soon after; His mother died from an infection while his father died from an alcohol overdose shortly afterwards. As such, Tsuyoi was raised by his Grandmother in the small but cozy Sairen compound that had been recently built. While there was a strong degree of affection between the two of them and Tsuyoi was raised in a loving home, Kireina was a veteran of the shinobi world and wanted her grandson to have the best possibly head start to life in a cruel and unforgiving world. As such, Tsuyoi spent just about every day undergoing some kind of training; While he learned how to fight and cast genjutsu, the main lesson that Kireina taught her grandson was the ability to lie and become other people. After all, the village had plenty of overconfident idiots prepared to charge a fortified enemy position but what they needed was someone able to slip into the same position and deal with it from the inside.
His academy years were more of a chance to practice and develop the lessons his Grandmother taught him in a relatively safe environment then anything else; Attempting to befriend everyone in his class by tailoring himself to be their best friend without anyone else figuring out that he was an absolute liar was a game to him. While there were those to thick headed to play his games when it came to his habit of bending truth and lies together, there were a couple who he met that legitimately enjoyed the challenge of trying to figure him out and he in turn loved challenging them.
To date none of his classmates know how his parents actually died, Tsuyoi having told at least four different versions of their deaths; The closest one of the truth being the one about his father dying due to an infection after having his leg removed because of an injury and his mother dying of an accidentally painkiller overdose.
