I think to sell someone on an interest check, it's really important to seem enthusiastic about your own idea. That means writing more than a single sentence to attract potential players.

Did you know that Dante's inferno is called a divine comedy because things work out for the protagonist? Back in the day, the only two genres were comedy and drama. The only difference was that in a comedy, the protagonist is better off at the end, and a drama is the opposite. So that's why a story about going through hell can still be considered a comedy, even if it's not funny.

Name:
Broken Promise, BP, Boss

Age:
Old enough to know better, too young to care. (that is to say 30's)

Preferred RPs:
I Prefer to make my own, but will occasionally join something if it looks interesting. I'll join just about anything so long as it isn’t overly edgy/sweet, though it's rare for me to do. I don't do 1x1s too often either.

Preferred Roles:
I tend to play adorable characters everyone wants to befriend or proper assholes everyone wants to stay away from. I try not to play moral paragons or prime evils.

RP Conquests:
I've completed quite a few RP's off site, but most of them are on private forums or have simply been lost to the ravages of server crashes. As for stuff here, I'm sure everyone who sees me post in the off topic sections has seen me find an excuse to talk about Danganronpa: Tower of Carnage. It's a project that took over 4 years to complete and I feel pride not only for myself but all the wonderful people who helped make it enjoyable during its run. Re: Zero: The High Council Is technically my first, but it was just something I kind of took over and ended up ending the story after just six months. It finished, but eh...

Last RP I finished was Symphony of Espers which turned out pretty good.

RP's in progress:
For some reason I can't seem to stay away from Ari's magical girl RP, even if I'm not sure why I'm still in it.

As for my own projects, I'm doing Symphony on High to continue the gigachad adventures of the espers in Pax Septimus.

RP Graveyard:
I've been pretty fortunate on this forum. I think I joined one when I first came on the site that didn't really do anything, and there are a few 1x1 things that didn't go anywhere. It's disappointing when an RP ends before it can be finished, but I've come to look at them as learning experiences.

And then there's that london magical girl RP, and that dark magical girl RP. I think I'm done joining magical girl RPs for a while.

Other interests:
Videos
I watch a lot of educational videos on youtube. Usually as research for something I’m writing or purely because a topic interests me. I like channels like Tier Zoo and Daryl Talks Games, and I’ll also watch things like Critical Drinker or Literature Devil to deepen my understanding of story telling. Though I also like memes and jokes, to which I’ll find myself watching stuff like Sseth, but usually find myself surfing through meme videos. I gotta work on that.

Games
I have a rather long history of playing virtually every platformer to come into existence during the indie boom, as well as quite a few other indie games. I’ve played Meatboy, Binding of Issac, Gunvolt, Cuphead, Princess Remedy in a World of Hurt, Classic Metroid, Warcraft 3, Final Fantasy 7,8, and 14, Left 4 Dead, Shantae, Celeste, Danganronpa, God Eater, the list goes on. What I’ve played is kind of all over the place. I don’t play many games these days, I tend to pick things that look interesting and go on a decent steam sale.

Painting Minis
I do this in moderation. Otherwise, it's a pretty expensive hobby to start...

Music
I listen to everything, save most country/rap songs. I have too many favorites to name.

Personality:
Not one to take life or the internet too seriously. Is only serious about writing well and having a good time.

People to Insult:
Dalton is a Dingus.

”Yea, same.” Denis looked at Lucy. ”If Pr-, Um, Bliss needed book to know about poison, why she able to grab poison first? But Krista, book being in quarantine still not 100% fact, and Jezebel no take all litonix for Mercy.

Lucy locked eyes with Krista, and the court room grew quiet. She slowly took her shades off and set them on the podium.”Are you saying.... I was wroooooong!?!?!?” Lucy's hands flew in the air, and her papers shot all over the place like a house of cards in the wind. How could I, the infinite prodigy, make a mistake!?!?!?”

”If you never failed, you totally never tried.” Jezebel winked at her companion.

Bliss placed a hand on her chest and visibly relaxed her shoulders.”Thank you Krista.” She was too exhausted to smile.

Aghast, Lucy scrambled to look through her notes again. At least what few notes still remained on her podium. ”But then who could have done it? If Bliss is telling the truth, then who did Mercy meet with in her room? Unless...”

Jezebel shrugged. ”Well, if everyone here is telling the truth, and the murderer is a liar, she totally could have been in her room by herself, right?”

”We think Mercy invited someone to room entire time.” Denis shrugged his shoulders. ”Maybe she lie and in room by herself.”

”It's like Cyrus said, Mercy totally asked for the litonix, She asked for some books, and she so gave Bliss the umbrella. Apparently.” Jezebel giggled.

Seriously!?!?!?”
A GROUP OF OLD BIKERS IN NEON COLORED OUTFITS

”Alice, there is no reason to go searching for the culprit. I found her right here. Of course she's going to make suggestions to shift blame onto someone else.” Lucy adjusted her... shades?

”Cyrus, like, have you even been following the case?” Jezebel folded her arms. ”Like, I know you're willing to kill us all for Krista, but I totally didn't realize you thought Bliss was bitchin' too. And like I said before, I left most of the stuff there to fool you noids! And Max never went back to his room, your truth bullet was just written poorly.

”Bliss's alibi until 4:30 doesn't mean squat, sorry.” Lucy folded her arms, still holding her papers. ”I don't think the mundinol was ever used as a poison. Bliss could have poisoned everyone right at the party.”

”Also, if Max is totally innocent, he and mercy, like, soooooo have a valid reason to ask for that stuff. Just think about it, noid! He's a cop, she's a doctor. They were probably trying to make mundinol for it's intended use. They probably had blood samples out to test it with. It wouldn't surprise me if some got on his badge.” Jezebel looked at the now enraged Max and shook her head. But she was still smiling. ”Wanna elaborate, big boy?”

Lucy adjusted her glasses before puffing out her chest. ”As for the badge versus umbrella argument, Monokuma said that the same weapon was used. Or at least that the wounds were identical. Because he's acting as our forensic expert, I'm sure he knows how an autopsy works and was able to measure the depth and-”

”I actually just looked at the video footage.” Monokuma lowered his head. ”You kinda need to be in the mood to do an autopsy.”

”W-well there you have it! It was either the badge or the umbrella, and we know mundinol couldn't have killed them both.” Lucy turned to the accused. ”Anyway Bliss, why don't you tell everyone what happened today?”

Bliss took a deep breath.”I-I woke up at eight, and had breakfast with everyone in the dining room. Krista, Max, Faith, Felix, Daimyon and I were discussing the party.” Bliss sighed. ”Around 9-9:30, I started playing with Caora on the beach. He had a fever though, So I went to the pharmacy to get him some medicine. Around 11, I took him to the study and read a picture book with him.” Bliss hugged herself. ”At 12, I made us something to eat, and at 1, I started cooking for the party with Daimyon.” She closed her eyes. ”I haven't been feeling very well, and it caught up to me around 4:30. I rested in my room until it was time to start the concert.” She opened her eyes again to look at everyone. Her eyes trailed over to Felix's corpse, and she quickly looked away. ”I was stationed at the buffet table between 6 and 7, which was when I left my post to attend the party.”

”You forgot a few parts.” Lucy pushed her glasses up on her nose with a smile. ”Namely the part where you read the book, grabbed the poison, infected mercy, then used the umbrella to stage a double murder at the party. And the fact that I exposed you.”

”I didn't do any of that!” Bliss cried.

Denis folded his arms and shook his head. ”Not sound right...”

Once Justine re-entered the room, leading with a blast to Sue's wings, things began to change. It seemed like everyone could hear and see again, if only for a moment. Sue's wings were entirely made out of magic. It would just take a moment for them to reconstruct themselves after being violently blown apart. The mana expenditure in the long run was negligible. Not only were her mana reserves huge, but Boteg blessed all of his girls with a well of mana. And she was willing to put it all against Justine. But the former familiar was patient. She wasn't going to directly attack her opponent right off the bat. She was going to focus this time. Build up her power while Justine went on to monologue like some comic book villain. If justine didn't want love, then Sue would feed her all the hate she wanted. Sue's building mana was visible. Dust and debris foated in the winds that surrounded her.

Alex was blabbing too now. Good. Even more time to store mana. Sue had no idea what she was doing, what type of power she really held. She wasn't even sure if what came out would even be a wind attack. But it would hurt. Sue really wanted to hurt something right now. But if she acted too suddenly, she would surprise her allies too. She didn't understand why they were talking though. It was definitely time for something to die. Removing everyone from this place was also an option. Vengeance was always the more satisfying option, but with everyone lingering here, they were putting themselves at risk of dieing just like Amber. Sue wasn't worried about herself. She really believed she was stronger than her opponent. But her allies, they needed to be taken out of here.

Sue groaned, still locking eyes with Justine.”Got anything else to add, Justine? I think Alexander has you beat.” Lily might have recognized Sue's voice, but otherwise she made no attempt to explain who or what she was to the magical girl.

Come on guys, just kick her ass already.
”W-what?” Bliss's eyes shot open. ”I-I don't really think that's possible?”

Monokuma had vanished, but swiftly returned with the umbrella. ”Unfortunately, Bliss dropped it in the blood shortly after Mercy expired...” He pointed at the tip. ”But luckily, it was still open, so the extremely sharp tip never touched the ground.” Monokuma looked at the tip of the umbrella and squinted. ”Hey! How come there's blood on here!? This doesn't make any sense.”

Lucy's hair was sticking out in all directions as she frantically went over the notes.”So it was possible, it was possible!” She had a fist filled with papers. ”I know what happened now!” She arranged her papers. ”Like I said earlier, only Bliss, Noel, Max, Calvin, Ice, Caora, Braden, and Mary could have been alone with mercy.”

Bliss's face was pale. ”W-when I served mercy her food, we talked. It wasn't until after she walked away from the table I noticed her hand was bandaged. I didn't stab her!

Lucy fret her brow. ”It wasn't Calvin, Caora, Braden, or Mary. None of them had access to the pharmacy or the quarantine chamber where the poison was kept. You could have gotten some when you got Caora his medicine.”

”She gave me the umbrella you know? Mercy gave me this umbrella a few days ago. It was her idea to dance with it!“

”Ice and Noel did not have access to the books. I can confirm they never set foot inside the study. But you and Caora had plenty of time to search for something to read. You could have lifted the book then, or simply intercepted Mercy once it was in her possession.”

”It's not good manners to leave the umbrella on the table but...“

”...Max was never even near your umbrella. Felix served everyone before taking a seat. I hope you're not going to suggest someone tampered with it while you weren't looking?”

Bliss whimpered. ”B-but.“

Lucy tipped her head folward. ”Bliss Buckly, what drives a caring nanny to kill a doctor and her friend?”

”I didn't do it! I didn't do it! You're going to kill us all! After him I would never...“ Bliss plastered her hands over her face before shrieking. ”Faith, Cyrus, save me.“
”Noel is right though, Felix was thrown pretty hard at the table. But was there anything around that would cause a pencil-shaped stab wound? I doubt you could do that with silverware.” Lucy was stroking her chin. ”Oh, and Monokuma. According to the rules, only one blackened can be tried at a time. The fact that you're giving us two Monokuma files means that they were both killed by the same blackened, correct?”

Monokuma nodded. ”The special rules for using the mask still apply of course. But yes, both of their deaths were caused by the same person.”

”Felix bumped into our table.” Bliss cleared her throat. ”But like Faith said, what could he have bumped into? There was nothing at that table that could hurt him.”

Lucy was scrambling to look through her notes. ”Alright everyone, this is a minor set back! Most of the case is still solid. The killer definitely needed access to mercy, the books, and the poison. The only thing that we might need to reconstruct is the time these two were poisoned, and what the actual murderer weapon was. Because you heard Monokuma. Whatever killed Mercy, also killed Felix.”

Bliss closed her eyes. ”Think, was there anything at table one that might have a pencil like-point on it?”

Neola was okay with Kara leaving. But then she said she was sorry. When people say they are sorry, it doesn't always mean that they are apologizing. More often than not, it's a response to let someone down gently. I'm sorry, but sugar makes you hyper. I'm sorry, the party has enough people. I'm sorry, you need to stay in your room again. It was just a nice way to exclude someone without making them feel bad. But when you knew this, it made you feel horrible. Not only do they need time away from you, but they think you're stupid enough to not realize they loathe your existence. ”O-Okay...” was her only response to the small girl.

Neola had to stay in character though. It was hard, because she didn't understand the situation. All she had to go on was the emotions of those around her, and she had never seen Sayaka in a situation like this. Neola couldn't just stand here and act like everyone else. Though if everyone thought the situation was bad, maybe she should act scared as well. There was clearly no impressing Kara, and head pats were nothing more than a dream at this point. What to do, what to do...

Wait, there was a cold girl there, talking really loudly. She was as cold as ice. Well, maybe not that cold. At least Neola felt like she had a caring side to her some where. A soft side. Could Ice be soft? Yes! Because snow is soft and cold! That's exactly what this woman was. Neola would have to look up her name later.

”Snow?” Neola hoped she would respond to her nickname. ”Um, if you found an exit that's electrically charged, why not just turn off the power? Or better yet, maybe we could put on rubber suits and walk through?” Neola did her best to sound nervous, but she honestly felt she had just solved everyone's problem.

Davis huffed. Not a single person had agnowlaged him. Not verbally anyway. And if they did, their voice was lost in all the ones that weren't. ”I suppose this is their natural state. They're all motivated by fear. It reminds me of America when the tragedy started.” Davis was aware of every word spoken after his dramatic speech. At least when it was loud enough for him to hear. Then, Davis's feet started moving. Anyone who looked at him could tell he was mildly irritated. But he didn't pay any mind to those around him. He walked past Neola, he walked past Snow, he walked past almost everyone. But not Ando. When Ando had turned to walk away from Alice, he was facing Davis. The scruffy boy simply smiled once the guitarist noticed him. ”So...” He glanced down at his PDA momentarily before looking back up. ”Ando Yamagata?” He chuckled. ”I just wanted to have a civil conversati-you cunt!” In a flash, Davis Gallo turned into a frenzied demon. His hair seemed to shoot out at every angle, and his gaze was hot enough to melt steel. ”Clad in piss-laden panties no less! What the fuck do you think you're doing? Out of all of us, she had the lowest chance of committing murder!” He rocked his head forward. Everyone thought Davis was going to head-butt Ando, but he stopped himself a mere inch before his forehead collided with the guitarist. Davis had opened his PDA to rule #7 without looking at it and held it up for Ando to see. Though it was far more likely that Ando was looking at the disheveled lunatic that was screaming at him. ”Everyone will think the first murderer is her at the drop of a hat, so even if she's the best killer, she'll have the hardest time proving she's innocent in the trial to follow! Did you get that through your thick scull, cock jocky? What the fuck is with your hair!? Did they run out of masculine colors or did you think it would be cool to make your hair look like a unicorn took a shit in it? Because it's not workiiiiiiiiing! Davis Did not wait to see how Ando reacted to all of that. Instead he turned to look at Lilly and calmly said: ”Your hair looks nice, by the way.” He didn't smile, but he gave the hacker a polite nod. ”Don't go anywhere, I might need you to fix this.” He turned towards Alice. ”Alice Parker.” Davis was free of the aggression he had showed Ando, but his voice was cold and stern. ”If I'm not mistaken, you challenged one of us to try to tie you up. I can't ignore that.” Davis pulled his tie completely loose and let both ends of it hang out of his hand. ”While you may be confident in your abilities, I'm on quite the win streak right now. I do not expect it to end anytime soon.” He slipped his other hand into his pocket. ”You have given us an ultimatum. I would like to issue one of my own. If you do not call off your time limit, I will be forced to bind you and drag you back to my cabin.” The ultimate conqueror locked eyes with his target and didn't look away.
I play all kinds of characters, I guess the type I find myself playing the most recently is the very stern leader character. Like they probably have charisma caped, but it's less that they're physically attractive and that they are just socially dominant individuals. They might come across as an ass hole, but it's just because they take the well being of the party very seriously. This character is typically a mage, be it cleric or wizard. Definitely an older sort of dude. You don't find yourself doing what he says because you like him, but because he seems to know what he's doing. You feel like you could take down a god with him at your side.

Then he turns around and talks about waifus.
Pirate Got Rekt.

Alexander's healing spell came a minute too late it seemed. The battered adult on the floor had expired, and no amount of healing would bring her back to life. Alexander was capable of many wonders, but bringing back the dead wasn't one of them. She was really gone. It was doubtful Alexander would recognize Amber as a full grown adult, but it was evident that someone in this room had killed her.

At least, Tonya hoped he could make that connection.

And this was the true nature of Tonya's job. Ensuring magical girls met the end of their thread exactly when they were suppose to. a bit different from her last job. Police officers are in their line of work because they want to help good civilians and punish the bad guys. But fate's plans didn't always work out that way. Sometimes they had her sacrifice a good person to uproot the wicked. Truth be told, had Amber survived, Father likely would have been summoned into this world. But in an odd twist, Amber's death ensured that wouldn't happen. For in striking down Amber, Justine had created a new, more powerful foe in her place. A magical girl known as-

Sue was still getting use to her new found powers. Just a few seconds ago she was a familiar who barely had any powers to speak of. Now she was capable of deflecting attacks that even her late master wouldn't be able to contain. But in the following seconds, her vision was obscured with mist. Initially, the mist did not seem to do anything other than obscure vision. Perhaps that was all it did, just as a way to let Janet move around undetected.

Unfortunate for her that Sue did not need sight.

Like most magical girls attuned to air, Sue could feel disturbances in the air. The air around her almost felt like part of her being, and she could feel everyone moving around in it. Sue could feel Lily softly exhaling, Helga hurdling through the air, Alexander's deep inhales, and even a moth beating its wings in an attempt to escape a spider web. Pinpointing Janet's location was easy, and her attempts to mask her sounds would not fool Sue. She could lie to Sue's eyes, or even her ears, but the wind would tell the truth every time. She knew every movement the monster girl tried to make.

The song was a nice touch. Sue could definitely feel the despair in the song leaning into her. But Sue was so full of despair already she could hardly feel the effects. Compared to having Amber murdered right in front of her, this song was nothing. Despair was what killed the old Sue. She was weak, and took her life as soon as she used the black coin. But this new Sue. This... Sky Captain. Despair was her armor. For ever tear she shed, she would make sure Janet shed a hundred more.

Sue attempted to kick up two miniature cyclones in addition to the one that was still spinning around herself. One would appear in front of Helga to help soften her landing. Sue made sure the wind was spinning in such a way that when Helga hit it, it would slow her speed down. The dark magical girl didn't know for sure it was Helga, as she hadn't seen her enter the room. All she knew was that this was “stomach shanker,” but she could feel Janet use her as a shield. Sue doubted Janet would do that to one of her allies. The second cyclone would pop up right under Janet herself and potentially scatter her to the four winds, or plaster her against the ceiling. Sue had heard Alex's shout, so she knew who he was. Maybe in future battles she would be able to recognize her allies breathing patterns, or be able to pick up on other small details. Maybe even communicate with them. But for now, her rudimentary powers would have to suffice.

But Sue's ultimate goal wasn't to kill Janet, it was to get Lily out of here alive. Her feet lifted off the ground and she swiftly floated towards Lily. The dark tendrils that made up Sue's wings spread open like a black lotus. With nothing impeding her movement, it wouldn't be long before she had Lily in her clutches.
