Hm. I suppose that a person who perpetrated the Beast's death, whether or not they actually meant to, would receive the Arcana. If the Beast did it totally free of outside influence, I suppose the Arcana would pick a random person suited to it to inhabit, but it is unlikely that they'll ever off themselves, even given some of their personalities. Nobody really wants to experience death twice, and the power of being a Beast is rather intoxicating.

Now, second question, what would happen if a beast killed another beast? Would they become that beast after they died again?

Also, what if a single person killed several beasts by him or herself?
