Now that it's all confirmed and well, I can finally announce it. On November 24th, I will give birth to my first child. After everything that happened in the last two years, life is finally underway.

I just finished writing chapter 19 of my novel, and it was the hardest yet. I don't like having to end the lives of characters, even when I know it's necessary. But I did. Now to chapter 20.

Bio
I'm a multi-paragraph, advanced writer, seeking those with similar interests and capabilities. I do have a large list of ideas that I make over, add to, and change as the ideas come.
My rules may seem harsh, but I started role playing in the Yahoo! chat rooms when I was 14, and we had a similar list. Especially when the site had groups you could form.
-I don't mind sexual content, but the main focus is the story. If the character's have a connection, then I accept it, but I do NOT write it for the sake of appeasing someone's need for entertainment.
-I don't usually do this, but I need a sample of your writing. Too often people have claimed to be what they aren't, and I'm hoping to head that off at the pass.
-Be able to post, at the bare minimum, once every week. I can understand having a busy life. Between my home and work chaos, it can be hard to sit down and post regularly. If you can't, message me and I will happily wait. Though I do ask this; if you're dropping out, don't ghost. Tell me upfront. I always understand.
-I'm looking for someone to play male characters. No story is exactly set, as I have met people who can bring new perspectives to a base idea. I can play background males, but the mains I am looking for.
-My base genres are fantasy (meaning they have powers. Not dragons, orcs, etc), romance, modern, medieval, post-apocalyptic, and historical.
If you can make it past these, I look forward to writing with you.

In this role play, I'm trying something new.
I've never been comfortable writing as a male character, but I feel that I need to hone my skills. Something has always been missing in my writing and this is how I fix it.
I only have a few ideas to start, a way for me to test the waters, but I hope they meet with approval.
Note: My character biography is set, and I will send through private message.
1) Boy meets girl. Chance encounter at his work or in the woods. See what develops.
2) Jake is meeting friends for a get together in the woods. A large cabin is rented. Mutual acquaintance introduces them.
3) Roommates. Romance develops after amidst a good friendship.
4) Vacation meetup.
I'm willing to plot a story, but must it meet the following requirements:
-No fantasy elements (real world only), take place in modern times, and have romance (the genre I'm most comfortable with).
-Multi-paragraph.
-Have a character biography and photo.
-Be able to post, at the bare minimum, once every few days. We all have busy lives, especially with the college semesters coming up, home lives, illnesses, and children, but I would like to keep the story going. If you lose interest, please don’t ghost me. Tell me upfront and be honest.
I look forward to hearing from you.
