Is it possible to file a complaint with his internet service provider? Not very good with technology myself but isn't that an option?

@LadyAnnaLee As someone who has done it in the past, I highly recommend you don't do it. I don't want to see you harm yourself.

I'm back. Sorry about the wait I had a wedding to attend and I had to go out of state for it. Did I miss anything?
Possibly coming back
I assume "They" refers to Species 8472... Sure, i'm in.

Nope xD We're talking about a new race.
(I tried posting this a while back with no luck. Here's to hoping I can get a few people to join.))

It is a time of rebuilding for the Alpha Quadrant as the Alpha Quadrant continues rebuilding after the Dominion War. The Klingon Empire, though weakened by the massive conflict has turned it's sights toward the exploration of the galaxy once again in the name of gathering resources and conquering new, unexplored worlds. The Romulans have turned their sights towards the unexplored sectors of the Beta quadrant in an effort to expand their reach and like the Klingons, rebuild what has been lost. The Federation, having lost many fine officers and ships during the war continue to accept new cadets into Starfleet Academy as the shipyards of Utopia Planitia continue producing new ships that are better equipped to explore the distant quadrants.

Some races from the Delta and Beta Quadrants have followed the example of the Voyager Crew and have set their sights on exploring the galaxy and making contact with the Federation that Voyager's captain so often spoke about. In the past few years, data about the Delta Quadrant has increased quite a bit, not only from the Voyager database but from the numerous species that have followed the example set by Captain Janeway and the Voyager crew. Numerous species such as Hirogen, Malon, even a few members of what remains of the Talaxian race have found their way to Federation space by some way or another and more appear as time passes.

But a recent arrival from the Delta quadrant has brought grim news.

There is a dark force gathering at the very edges of the Delta Quadrant, a shadowy force that has been forgotten by many of the races of the Delta Quadrant that at one point held many of the races native to the Delta Quadrant by the throat. At great cost, they were defeated and thought long gone as they retreated into the void between Galaxies.

They have returned.

Rules
- No insulting each other outside of character.

- No god-modding.

- Maximum of three characters each. I may allow more if I see the need to.

- Be creative with your characters. :) If you have any questions just let me know. I'd rather not have any Dominion characters though. You can do a Borg separated from the collective if you come up with a back-story that makes sense and shows how they left the collective.

- Have fun.

So... I'd like to know who you guys are. Maybe a little background on what you were doing in the past?

Vekon looked at the people around him and noticed that one of them seemed to be injured. He had never seen a race like that one before. He would have attempted to help him if he had managed to bring some of the few remaining medical instruments that he had been able to steal from the wreckage of the space pods.

"My name is Vekon. And before I was transported here I think I was about to be buried alive by a group of aliens. Tough ones." He looked around and smiled slightly. "My current surroundings are much nicer. I never did like living in those caves."
"We know your here, Sayian! Surrender yourself and your death will be quick!"

Not gonna happen. Vekon thought to himself as he fled deeper into the system of caves where he had chosen to make his final stand. Mother and Father always told me that the Sayian are among the mightiest races in the galaxy, if that's true then how did these creatures kill them so easily?!

"We'll give you to the count of five to surrender yourself, If not we'll most likely end up burying you alive! Either option works for us."

"One."

Crap.

"Two"

Maybe I can blast a hole through the rocks and get out.

"Three"

I wonder if that Super Sayian legend that mother and father always spoke of could have saved me.

"Four."

Too bad I can't take them down with me.

"Five!"

A bright flash of light seemed to envelope him for a moment as he felt blasts of energy beginning to shake the cavern as rocks began to fall all around him. He wondered if it was a sign that he was about to die as he closed his eyes.

A moment later, he realized that he was still alive and there were no further sounds of battle.

He carefully opened one eye and saw what appeared to be a group of people standing next to him. He opened his other eye and took in the surroundings and the others and he realized he didn't recognize any of them at all.

“My name is Trunks. I’d like you all to follow me. I’ll explain everything soon enough.”

His gaze turned to the one who called himself Trunks and he looked around the area for a brief moment before he spoke." Did...Are you the one who brought us here?" He asked carefully. He needed to make sure that he hadn't just traded one bad situation for an even worse one, although being buried alive in complete darkness was somewhat hard to top.
Name: Vekon

Gender: Male

Age: 21

Race: Sayian

Appearance:

Moves:

Ki storm blast ((Fires a massive flurry of energy blasts that can do significant damage to a group of opponents if they are caught by surprise))

Mega Ki Barrage ((Somewhat like the Ki storm blast except it covers a greater area and is quite a bit stronger then the Ki storm blast but it takes a lot of power to use it.))

Energy charge ((Increases the damage done by energy attacks by quite a bit.))

Inferno blast ((Fires a large blast of energy that looks much more deadly then it is. At the moment of impact, the blast explodes and can usually blind an opponent for a few moments leaving the opponent open to a stronger attack))

Close range strike ((Closes in on an opponent until he is close enough and then unleashes a massive barrage of kicks and punches that can be deadly.))

Personality: Vekon is not a typical sayian being that he was not raised to fight or kill without thinking. Instead when he finds himself in a situation that could be problematic he tries to think a few steps ahead of his opponent so he has a better chance of defeating them but it doesn't always work. When it comes to others he prefers to keep to himself until he knows them a bit better but he does try to be civil.

History: Vekon was not born on Planet Vegeta, rather he was born on a planet forgotten by time. Days before the Destruction of Planet Vegeta by Frieza, a squad of sayians was dispatched to a far away planet that took a very long time to reach. After nearly a year and a half of traveling the squad managed to reach the planet only to find out a short time later that they were completely outmatched by the inhabitants of the planet they were supposed to attack. Shortly after the first battle, the ships they used to arrive were destroyed and three of the five sayians who had attacked were killed leaving only Vekon's mother and father.

For three years the two sayians were forced to live in the wilderness and try to survive off what food they could find, knowing that if they went near any of the inhabited areas of the planet and were spotted they would be hunted down and killed without mercy. After four years of trying to survive, Vekon was born and grew up in the wilderness. When he was twelve years old, his parents were killed by the inhabitants of the planet after they tried to steal equipment from the wreckage of their ships that would have allowed them to contact Planet Vegeta for help. Vekon was forced to hide in the caves in the wilderness for nearly two months. He spent nearly all of his life training to try and increase his strength so that he could fight his way into the city and try and steal enough parts of the ships so he could repair them and escape.
IC is up now, so let everyone get a post in, then we'll go from there.

I'm also gonna need to Chev to post their CS in the Characters tab.

Doing so right now.
@The Slenderman If I may interject here, the issue with your character as I see it is that your character submission seems as though you strove to make Gula the absolute cream of the crop, almost as if you were striving to make him the de facto leader by way of being unbeatable by the others. This would ultimately mean that the plot would be railroaded to focus around your characters feats rather than the actions of the group as a whole. Now, this isn't always a cardinal sin and can be done tastefully if you do it right and ensure everyone has their time to shine, however you also went and made your character some sort of "I will destroy the world and everyone on it" type in what is otherwise a rag tag team of warriors with backgrounds that, while not all tame, aren't all that dramatic either.

Pink's character Satchi is someone who started out following in her father's footsteps and ended up achieving greatness of her own, Dan's character Xalam's is a somewhat rough and tumble sort who's story is reminiscent of both Piccolo jr's and future Trunks': A warrior who started out with a bad hand dealt to him looking to spare a home not truly his own the atrocities of his own home by growing stronger, Chev's Vekon is just someone looking to survive so he can become strong enough to find a way to escape the hostile land he's trapped in, Spriggs' Sinthe is someone who's had greatness more or less forced onto him due to a prophetic belief, and due to his upbringing believes this himself and is actively pursuing the completion of this prophecy, my character Dimitri is essentially a rank and file soldier from a totalitarian world who occasionally struggles with what little of his humanity remains as he's sent to dispatch his predecessors, and Op's Winter is a noble from a powerful family who attempted to resist a coup despite being met with overwhelming odds.

All of these characters can fit into one troupe or another. All of them can be related to in at least one way and can reasonably be made to work with one another with the right incentive. Your character starts off with a decent background, however it takes an abrupt turn when Gula goes from "i'm cool with all of this" to "kill all humans because of the ineptitude of police officers in one incident". Mind you, his saiyan programming should've had him trying to kill everyone on earth from the day he landed, however you chose to have him inexplicably ignore it, which honestly shouldn't be possible considering that it's a subconcious thing that is countered with a sharp blow to the head during infancy (a la Goku). I'm really not trying to be an asshole here, but it just comes off as unnecessarily convoluted.

Well put, But you should know Vekon has another goal besides the one you described.
interested. Very interested. I do like dem Sayians.
