Is that how you get visitor messages? I thought you got them by being cool. ... oh, shit, I forgot I had any.

Bio

I'm a generally chill gomboblin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. Lots of Nintendo. Dark Cloud is pretty sick. That's a lot of variety, and I do like to play a lot of different games. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.

Magic in space is something that I find isn't done very much. Airships and spaceships could make for some cool centerpieces. Skies of Arcadia did a fantastic job of this. Perhaps that's not in space, exactly, but it's pretty close. Some of those ships may as well be space ships.

"You'll wake the other one like that, won't you?" Serenity looks over at the merchant as he paddles around in the water. Perhaps that was the point, though? The woman continues to go through weapons idly, replacing the railgun after taking note of the model number and picking out a shoulder-fired laser. She kneels, to peer through the sight. She runs a low power frequency through it, examining how the energy comes together to form the beam. Interesting technique...

She replaces this one, as well. Finally, she spots the plasma melee weaponry. She browses before she finds something that might be suitable, a halberd that actually seemed to be pretty light. She twirls it around once or twice, before moving to a more open spot. She takes a stance and begins to wield the weapon, getting a feel for how it would handle.
"I'm sure I could, even if you told me I couldn't." Her eyes followed the Kraken as it swims around in the pool. How cute. Though, it certainly wasn't your typical pet. To have a Kraken all the way out here, he must have some funds. Red seemed awfully at home, swimming with such a creature, but he probably had them trained. Hopefully, he had them trained.

She picks a railgun from the pile and inspects it, checking sights, and the circuits with her power. It was always interesting to see other designs, and ways she might improve on them. "Do you have any particular supplier? Or are you not very picky?"
Serenity turns her eyes and smiles, her tail flicking lightly behind her. "Aww, how cute~. A baby kraken? Aah, but... wait, you drop your guests into a pool with a Kraken in it...?" Honestly, a girl gets all dolled up for a fancy night at the casino and this is how she gets treated? Sent down a nasty-ass shoot, into a pool with Kraken in it, by some shady guy who's got something against White Nova? His name's Red, apparently... This better not be color-based turf warfare. She contains a chuckle at the idea.

"Er, I'm looking for a polearm. Something light, but with a cutting edge, too."
Serenity splashes into the water, glad she had shielded herself from the sides of the slide. She wasn't exactly dressed for such adventurous actions... But oh well. She pulls herself out of the water, kept dry by her shielding. She looked around while she waited for the others to show up. It was a nice place down here, for all the shadiness that surrounded it.

And it was still shady. Serenity wanders over to one of the stacks of weapons, examining the composition thereof. With a stash like this, though, it seemed more like she'd find ordinance here, not a polearm.
It's mostly just a cough, but it's kinda harsh, so... It might take me a bit, to but I'll get something up eventually. I've got all day, after all.
The young woman made her way through the streets of the city, occasionally checking over her shoulder. Ylisse had helped her lose some bandits that were chasing her for stealing from them.

Though, if they were looking for a thief, they might mistake her. The staff she carries and the clothes she wore gave a slightly different impression. To someone just glancing at her, she might get mistaken for a cleric or a trickster. Cleric would be preferable.

She was just stepping out of a side street when she witnessed a collision, and couldn't help but utter a soft giggle. The one girl was very energetic, while the other seemed quite... elegant. She smiles softly and observed the two for a moment, before a small satchel on the ground caught her eye. It had landed by her feet... She stoops down to pick it up, and examines the contents. Candy...? It must belong to the energetic girl, since she asked about it. "Excuse me, I believe you dropped this." She smiles softly and holds out the bag, ready to drop it into a yet-to-be-offered hand.
Hold on. I'm sick and can't be busy today.

Which means its time to post.
I'm sick and can't do things today. I'll post~
I'm here, I'm totally here.

I was dealing with a death, soooo yeah. Lemme go grab my CS. It'll probably just be about the same as last time. Especially since I didn't even get an opening post, last time.
