If I ever imply France in an RP where, for example, the context for calling something "French Toast" doesn't exist, you can know that's not me.

Bio

I'm a generally chill gomboblin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. Lots of Nintendo. Dark Cloud is pretty sick. That's a lot of variety, and I do like to play a lot of different games. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.

Magic in space is something that I find isn't done very much. Airships and spaceships could make for some cool centerpieces. Skies of Arcadia did a fantastic job of this. Perhaps that's not in space, exactly, but it's pretty close. Some of those ships may as well be space ships.

Just because Jarvis announced it doesn't mean it can't be changed. Justnleave it for now and we'll work it out.

I figured she didnt spit it on him, at least.

"I'm sure you will, Karn. Just hope you don't get pitted against a water mage..." Speakin' of water, she's thirsty. The young magess finds a nearby glass and digs out that water lacrima Jarvis gave her. She squeezes some water out of it into the glass to drink, thougb the entrance of Frenzy Plant caught her attention.

They seemed a little militaristic. With a guild master going by Colonel General Sanders and military ranks assigned besides, she didn't really have to wonder why. She watched the calmly, though she was put a little on edge by it. It only reminded her of her trip through Bosco. Not a pleasant memory... but, they seemed nice enough.

Jarvis started announcing the names for the tournament, and Trinity was drinking from her glass of water when her name was announced. Her breath catches in her throat and she swallows wrong, spitting out the sip of water she had in her mouth in a mist. She has a fit of coughs afterward, attempting to calm herself so she can protest.

She sets her glass down as she catches her breath, attempting to call up, "J-" cough cough cough, gasp, breathe breathe, "J-Jarvi-" cough cough, "mmnng! Jarvis? Me? Surely, there are other, more qualified wizards among us. Aaah, what about Karn? He's tough, right? He sounds like an excellent candidate. I... assume we are wanting to win? I mean, if not, then... no pressure, I guess." She was, in no way, good enough with Archery or Arrows magic to be competitive against what would likely be the best wizards from other guilds. Unless... Jarvis knew something?

Karn was already cheering her on, however. "Thank you, Karn, for your vote of confidence, but... do you really think I'm the right choice?"
I still need to think up the participants for Nightshade Sylphium. Uuuhg. I'll have to put some good time into that this weekend.

Meanwhile, oh man who's going for Phoenix Wiiiiing?
They were only at the door before, not inside. Trinity saw Damian open the door, but I assume she didnt have a good angle to see from.
*rolls around* Blaaaarg. Work is boring. Getting a new job soon. I don't expect it to be much more exciting, but I'll get paid more...

Trinity smiles softly when Karn looks up at her. "Heyya, Karn. Yeah, I've been alright." She circles around and sits with him. As he uncurls, she takes her gloves off and tosses them into Karn's lap. "Found these a couple weeks ago. I think the owner is sick, I found them with blood coughed onto them. I was hoping the owner would come to claim them, but he hasn't. They're very nice. You wouldn't happen to know owns them, Karn...?" She looks him in the eye, patient, knowing.

Jarvis began his announcement, Karn's answer or no, pertaining to the magic games. "Oooh, Karn, who do you think he'll pick? I'll be sure to cheer you on if you're on the team." Jarvis was waiting to announce teams because Damian had answered the door. Such was the polite thing, but why right now? In the mean time, it seemed as though Maddox had returned. The white-haired waved to him, though she wondered if he'd look her way.

There wasn't much that she had to say about Time Lord, really, but Jarvis had just seemed so busy that writing up a report seemed like it might help him. She'd also visited Karn once, and made it a point to do things like pat his busted leg. For pretending like he was fine, of course. It was hard not to notice, honestly... She also made it a point to wear his gloves.

Other than that, she'd been practicing her magics and keeping herself busy. She'd play music in the park for a bit of coin or just wander around to familiarize herself with the city and the local area. She found some good spots within the city, too.

Today, however, Jarvis had called them to meet in the hall. Trinity descends the stairs from her room. She spots Karn, curled up in a corner, and she sighs softly. Well, something had happened to him, apparently. She approaches him and stands behind him before she starts running her fingers through his hair and rubbing his scalp. "Hello, Karn. Leg's feeling better?"
