Bio

Guess I should write this thing, huh?

It's me, Citrus Arms. I'm 32 now, married, an aspiring indie game dev, as well as a hobbyist writer. Well, who here isn't one of those. I've been meaning to write a book, but that's a big project and I've yet to finish more than a chapter and a prologue. Plotting a whole book is hard work, man.

I'm open to 1x1s and group RPs, feel free to invite me to something. I'm also part of a discord RP server of an old friend.

My favorite genres are fantasy and space, and I've got an original Universe that blends the two together. It's a post-apocalypse galaxy on the way to recovery, so there's everything from straight fantasy worlds to post-apocalypse survival available within the setting. The universe recovers and grows stronger with unity and inner strength.

He'd had a brief stay on the mountain, at his mother's insistence. Something about being a real demon or other, but he has his suspicions his mother had wanted a distraction. Such upsetting thoughts aside, his present company was much more charming. He cracked a grin at her mention of drinks and a place to sleep, knowing very well why. He chuckled as she finished joke, enjoying the dissonance between the punch line and her tone, "hahaha, yes, dropped trousers are a frequent, aren't they."

"Aiko, and you stole the words right from my mouth."

Oh, yes, they should get along wonderfully. There was one question, but that was a bridge to cross when it became relevant.

A hand running through his fur drew his attention. The fluffy appendage lifted into her hand slightly at the touch, and his posture straightened slightly, but he tried to not give away how much he enjoyed fingers through his fur just yet. "Oh, constantly. They just assume, it's easy." A sly grin curled his lips, "almost like they want to believe me."

"So what were you doing, before I found you hiding? Looking for a snack? It's a little dry this evening," Aiko cast his gaze through their surroundings. They were the only ones present, save for a shape or two in the distance, "only one thing on the menu, for you?" She'd mentioned men lavishing attention on her, but that could easily just be the banter. His own "menu" was a little different, too.

The woman was confident and charismatic. It was no small wonder; when she leaned into him, he felt the all-too-familiar influence of another succubus. Well, calling himself a succubus right now was perhaps a little strange. Anyway, the woman. Absently, he put his hands lightly on her when she leaned into him, one on her hip and the other taking her hand. He offered a soft smile as she pulled herself away again, "yes, I think I know exactly what you mean. Brutes, aren't they?"

Aiko resisted the urge to enter the spiral of a succubus and an incubus hitting on each other. He preferred to play things a little slower than that, anyway, so the other taking distance again suited him just fine.

Ooh, I'm the exception alright. This succubus had no idea, but there wasn't reason to bring it up, really. Not at the moment.

What were they doing out here? "Ooh, the usual. Mountain's too crowded, folks out this way are beautiful. The peace and quiet is nice, too." He tucked a lock of her hair behind her ear. "I could ask you the same thing, my sweet." He offered her an arm and would walk her into the park, the other direction than where the dark elf had gone. "Shall we? Before someone decides he wants to turn around."
Lyra took another drag before stashing her left-handed cigarette away in a small cylinder, to be secreted away into her pocket. "Oh, give me some credit, please. We know enough not to introduce strange chemicals to developing minds. And Jesse wouldn't let me hear the end of it, she'd be livid."

Your... crazy gambit worked...
I know, right? These guys are uptight for tribal folks.
Though, I guess these aren't your usual tribal people...

The baker, then. That was a fun hobby she'd dabbled in before, baking. Fruit breads were delicious, she wondered what kind of fruits were available here. As the crowd dispersed, Lyra slowly brought herself to her feet, turning herself out of her seated position onto one knee and continuing to turn and scan the horizon until she was on her feet and facing the baker and her family.

Best behavior, Lyra.
I know, I know.

She raised a hand casually in greeting as she approached, "hello. I'm sure you caught my name, but I'm Lyra. I'll be your Terran envoy, pleasure to meet you. I promise not to be a burden while in your care." She pushed her heels together and offered a bow, smiling when she straightened back up and looking the woman in the eyes, "I've been baking before, do you need any extra hands?"

The woman threw around words like envoy and defense. Mrs. Travel wasn't thrilled, she eyed the woman wearily but the look of caution faded somewhat as Lyra introduced herself. She had impeccable manners now, but she'd been smoking some kind of drug just then. There were things about this woman that seemed at odds, but despite her mixed feelings, she was to play host. "Rachel Traviel," She tried not to let her tone betray her feelings regarding the matter. "This is my husband, Kenneth."

"Pleasure meeting you both." Lyra accompanied the pair back to their home, the bakery. Nestled right in the middle of the village; probably where it would be easiest to keep an eye on her. That was fine. The next day would come and Lyra would have more opportunities to earn the trust of these people.

The sun rose and Lyra came with it. She'd have to go get some other clothes from her ship before the next day. Or, perhaps, they had a tailor? She'd have to look into it, but for now, her sundress would have to do. When she emerged from the residential section of the home into the bakery, she found the family already at work, risen before the sun. She'd missed the chance to do much work for breakfast, but Mrs Traveil insisted it was fine.

While the two of them, and Zarah & Zigma could simply track each other by Aeva, Lyra thought it better to play by the rules, for now. Or at least leave any rule-breaking to Zarah or Zigma. No need for her to go upsetting anyone, everybody already looked at her sideways. Besides, this is where Zarah and Zigma would know to find her.

"This is tough work by hand..." Lyra's arm was burning from mixing batter, hair net keeping her locks on her head, and a thin hardlight net around her tail to guard against fluff getting in the baked goods. She understood it was for this afternoon. "Ugh, Jess." The Terran pulled her whisk from the sweet batter and, as though on command, glowing hardlight formed in the shape of a two mixer heads. "Thanks. It's so much easier to let you do it..." She could feel it was no great effort for Jessica. Just a hardlight construct and some torque, using Lyra as an anchor.

Jesse jingled briefly like a small silver bell, humored by Lyra's effort and exasperation. The fox-like woman didn't often give in like that. The matching blue hardlight spun in the middle of the air with no motor, only form, though Lyra did seem to react as though she were leaning in to some force. More blue hardlight formed and cleaned the whisk Lyra held before feeding the salvaged batter to her.

Really, Mrs Traveil was assessing her before putting her to work, but this was... Unexpected, to say the least.
Yeah, that'll work. I'll write us to the morning, then.

Fenixtear Guild Hall

When Carmilla looked over to the kitchen in response to her question, and even bowed her head in response to Damian's question, Trinity was again impressed, "no ordinary wolf is right, you're a smart one." She scooted a bit closer for comfort and gave the wolf a gentle pet between the ears, before giving a scratch behind the closer ear. "I suppose I should talk to you a little more seriously, then, if you can understand our speech so well. I'm sorry if I'm used to interacting with pets and not someone so majestic. I'll try to adjust."
Trinity looked up at her drink on the bar, moving to get to her feet, "hold on. I'll be right back, I just want to go get something. Mind my drink?" Trinity moved her drink behind Carmilla and ran her way upstairs, to her room on the third floor. Hell, she should change out of her work clothes. It wasn't a uniform or anything, but the shirt and slacks were professional together.
A comfortable button-up that showed her shoulders and some jeans with nice pockets. Her mind kept coming back to the 12 string, so she grabbed it, at length, and went back to the hall, and a seat by her drink and Carmilla. Once she was settled in and took a sip of her beer, she began to play. Just a easy going, melancholic song. She wondered what kind of music Carmilla liked...

The park was always so beautiful at this time of evening. The way the setting sun played through the foliage, the changing of the bird songs, animals and people going to bed, only for others to awaken. It was the time of day they usually felt the most awake. Right now, he was out for a stroll, and feeling awake enough. He was usually a sleepy person, though.

The presence of a dark elf interrupted his mental wandering. The individual was minding his own business, so Aiko ultimately decided to pay it no mind. Still, though, a dark elf. Here? They were far from the mountain and the castle. Just as he saw, in the shadows nearby... A woman, staring at the dark elf with great concern. And hiding. That simply wouldn't do, the woman was beautiful and he could only imagine why she was hiding from the dark elf.

Aiko turned to the elf, deciding to send him away. "Hail." Did that give away his age? "Enjoying the roses?" He gave a kind smile, and placed a hand lightly on the dark elf's shoulder, pointing him off into another area of the park. He attentively, subtly, brushed a thumb across some exposed skin by his neck, "the scents from that way are particularly pleasant, you should experience it. It might bring you good dreams tonight."

We'll see what that woman says. The commander took a moment to argue with himself before wandering off into the park, taking the advice. Aiko watched him walk off before deciding he was far enough and turning to the woman kneeling in the shadows, "hello? Was that guy bothering you?" The woman was absolutely stunning, but...

Where had he gotten this feeling before? It was familiar, but it had been so long, he couldn't... Remember... Ah well. Probably nothing.

Oh, well, that's fortunate, cause I don't normally do evil. Alright, lemme churn on it and look at your wiki and things. I've already been thinking about it a little, I think I've got an idea...
