I imagined him as an Accel clone without Vector Change


I will admit, the first time I created him, he basically was. But now there are some notable difference between the too. One is jerkass to Misaka clones and the other one is just a fucking psychopath, one as an OP ability and the other has an auto steel saw and claws for a hands

@NarayanK You are aware that the Freddy thing was a joke right? Jack doesn't actually have an anamatronic suit

His actual appearance is more like a ghoul from Tokyo ghoul or izaya from durarara with an insane smile. I like the camera idea though
