Thanks so much. That pretty much settles everything for my character. It's now less crazy than the horse thing, but still a bit quirky. So he's a guy who has three pairs of wings, 6 wings in total. And it can be grown back, but at quite a cost. Basically just that. I guess a bunch of wings won't be a hinder?

Another small question. What's the difference between transformer class and mutant class. I mean for example, a guy with wings that can be grown back if chopped off, does that make him transformer, or mutant with a Piccolo kind of regeneration?

This is an interesting one, and seems fairly active as well. I remember creating a guy fighting on a horse in one of my RPs, but the GM was too inactive and didn't seem to like handling my questions, while the members weren't active. Not a pleasant place.

Anyway, I wonder if bringing a horse into Komei is allowed, both there and for the rules. Sorry, I tend to come up with crazy ideas like that.

It's a nice CS, but I wonder how is she 20 if she was born in late 1929. I mean the setting is in 1948, so in any cases it is impossible to turn 20 by then.

I get an interesting feeling that her equipment and mine would not match each other, since both are short ranged and both has high potential collateral damage. It would be cool to see how we deal with each other's actions in combat

I don't know, but I don't have a feeling that I can continue this RP anymore. I was careless, and thought that RPs might not be as active. Now with a few of them rushing at me, and the fact that I am about to go study abroad and just took a part time job so my schedule gets a little tight right now. So probably I'll opt out for this one. Good luck with the RP guys

Ok I've edited it a little bit. His mother died after giving birth to his sister (he did not have memories of her then). And his power is his only, granted purely by chances, no genes. And the scholarship is for his potential learning capacity.

I do tend to leave things vague for the sake of development, but after thinking back and forth, it might not be necessary here
