I still haven't heard from Dovelyn and Solar says she's busy, so I'll be kicking her from the group. I believe Solar has found someone to play Blair in her place, but if not, I'll be looking for a new member. Just thought I'd let everyone know the deal.
I'm a little disappointed that Jeremy wasted the game being stalked or stalking others.
Sanctuary, Back to Life, and Battle Scars are personal favorites. I just really enjoy hopeful sounding songs.

Seriously, thank you. I'm stressing out. I've never had any form of practice but because of my stellar score on the PSATs, my school doesn't believe that I actually need it. Let's hope that this is indeed true.

I'm glad you liked my idea! I like to connect music with other things too, movies, series, books. It kind of adds meaning to everything, I think.
Explaining a little bit better about the idea, it could be something as simple as this:
Person 1 posts What's Up - 4 Non Blondes:
"And I take a deep breath and I get real high
And I scream from the top of my lungs
What's going on?"
Person 2 posts Torn - Natalie Imbruglia/Ednaswap:
"There's nothing where he used to lie
My inspiration has run dry
That's what's goin' on
Nothing's right I'm torn"
And so on... Or something like that connection I posted on my previous comment between Pearl Jam's song and Adam Levine's. According to a quora user, the Pearl Jam song: "[...] is about how someone was everything to another at some point of time, but now it`s just faded memories and painful dreams. How they both gave all that they had in this, but now it doesn`t even matter as it`s all over." So as the person's memories have gone bad, "tattooing everything", making him think about that everywhere he looked and feel sad, I thought about Lost Stars' "Don't you dare let our best memories bring you sorrow". Does that make sense?
And I apologize for flooding your thread. Yes, I did like your game! It's always very nice to get to know different musics with good lyrics and this is a nice way to do so.
I think I sort of get it? Kiiind of? I'm a bit slow today because of rain and distraction from homework, so sincerest apologies. Either way, I support this for a forum game. And don't apologize for "flooding my thread", I always welcome the conversation and an opportunity to meet/befriend new people!
We're almost done with character sheets it seems and that raises the question: when will we begin?
Well, I have to heavily start editing the first few posts (fix the rules, add some lore, etc, etc) and so on. I'll be doing that over the course of May, but I won't be allowing this to delay the RP from beginning. Tomorrow I have SATs and I'm pretty stressed about that and I'll likely be extremely stressed until Tuesday or Wednesday of this upcoming week.
Around then, I'll try to launch the Roleplay for us.
In the meantime, start thinking about what worlds, time periods and so on you'd like to visit. There's really no limits as to where we can go. The worlds can be pre-existing or made up. I'd like to give everyone the opportunity to GM the worlds that they pick as I don't expect everyone to know all the worlds we're going to go to.
I'll likely have a survey up by Sunday in order to address this. That's all for now, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
