Invisibility: Cleo has the ability to render herself unseen by the naked eye and become invisible in the visible spectrum, She is able to turn her whole body invisible as well as other objects and is able to move about the environment unseen by others and act without being observed. It is unclear how Cleo does this though it is believed to be rearrangment of one's Molecules. But for Cleo, Her invisibility is a passive one which she can choose to use constantly without to much effort or concentration, Although she can 'turn it off' at will. This ability does not hide sound however and so people could hear her if she is making noise and a hit from a taser will make Cleo become visible again.
Cleo has demonstrated the ability to make ojbects that she picks up or carries invisible by making physical contact with them, Her clothes for example, Turn invisible with her. and although it may appear that some objects may be turned invisible, that is not the case, Cleo is able to choose which are turned invisible and which are not, for example she could make an object she is holding invisible, But not an item that is thrown at her, which she would catch while invisible. Cleo also can choose to let certain people see her, While staying invisible to others. She also has the ability to turn at least one other person invisible in addition to herself wile making physical contact, it is not clear how many more she could do this to but it will become more taxing.
Portal Creation: Cleo possess the ability to teleport via portals from one location to another. She's also capable of holding the portals open for extended periods of time, thus allowing others to pass through as well. Visually, these portals give off a distinctive, bright blue, purple and pink glow. Notably, Cleo does not have full mastery of her abilities. Opening portals and holding them open is psychically exhausting as she's still learning the full extent of her powers. As of now, her abilities are quite limited but she has displayed great potential with them. When motivated, Cleo has the potential to transport groups of people or larger objects. Cleo could also use her portals offensively to tear things apart or cut them in half. Cleo can't teleport to places that she can't see or hasn't been to before. Attempting to do so can result in whatever passes through the portal not making it through the other side intact. In time Cleo may be able to open multiple portals for effective defensive purposes.

Personality: Despite Cleo being reluctant to trust new people she has just met, often being shy and initially reserved, she is a very outgoing person who can be a little careless which can get her into or causing trouble, although never intentionally. Cleo is extremely Spirited, Quick-witted and playfully sarcastic. Despite not looking like it half the time, Cleo can be an intelligent and mature young woman but seems to still holds onto an unquenchable thirst for fun; Cleo has shown a lot of courage and is always ready to help her friends, quite the vicious little thing whenever she is pushed far enough, which can probably be seen as cute by some, Cleo is widely known for being random and quite tough.
Cleo, above all else is a survivor. Resilient, resourceful, and smart, she proves herself time and time again to be not only beautiful, but also have a strong fiery spirit, unbridled will-power and passionate independent streak helping the young woman to rarely ever hesitate whenever it comes to standing up against someone or something she believes in, her courage and wits make her an asset to anyone that befriends her. History
Cleo was born into a middle class family with a loving mother and father, unknown to her Cleo would be the second child of the family as she was there new bundle of joy. However, at a young age Cleo for some reason or another was taken away to live with some other family relatives when strange occurrences happened in the house which for one reason or another had her ending being taken away.
At a young age, Cleo unintentionally was getting into trouble at schools, she didn't mean to but it was enough at the age of seven to be sent to into foster care by in an attempt to curb her behaviour, but they knew Cleo seemed to be different to everyone else. It was not like she was getting trouble on purpose, but her playful, random and careless behaviour made it easier for other kids to blame the girl for things weather she did them or not, Cleo just had this unquenchable thirst for fun, and her powers did not help.
Over the years Cleo had been in and out of multiple foster homes, often because she was too much of a pain to handle, something was so different they didn’t want anything to do with her or she ran away, which more often than not is what she did, often getting caught for drinking. Until she came across one family that took her in and worked with her problems, accepted her for what she was and made her feel welcome into their family, after everything was signed for Cleo was able to have her last name changed and lived in Oregon; A nice peaceful rural city that Cleo really fell in love with fast, it didn't take long for locals to know Cleo at all.
Her random behaviour certainly kept people on their toes in and out of school, But Cleo was a rash girl and still unintentionally getting into trouble for silly little things even if she was showing signs of maturity. Her antics always got around town and eventually back to the foster family. Although concerned they were pleased that Cleo had settled in making at least a few friends, even if not many.
But as time went on, things just weren’t to be when your different, struggling to contain her powers, many in the town began talking that she was a freak and not normal, but the truth was, she wasn’t normal and never was the story of her life. It began arguments within the house over what to do with her. So one night, Cleo made that decision easy for them by packing up some essentials and money before sneaking of, running away from home in the middle of the night crying.
Upon arriving at Ashford, it did not take Cleo long to make some good friends and some enemies, her unpredictable and ditzy nature certainly put the school on their toes, especially when it was revealed she could go invisible just made it all the more fun… for her. This also meant her fights with Isaac also increased.
The incidents at Nocturne and Avalon changed Cleo a little bit, getting drunk was all fine and dandy until a monster showed up and Una got kidnapped. Una and Heidi of whom somehow got caught, she tried to clumsily rescue them before being horrified by Una as she attacked Prof Everose, Cleo was forced to attack her friend to save their teacher, Cleo has distanced herself from Una since the incident.

Atmokinesis- Oriana will demonstrate a plethora of abilities over time, most of which are facets of her power to manipulate the weather. Oriana possesses the psionic ability to control all forms of Weather Manipulation. She can modify the temperature of the environment, control all forms of precipitation, humidity and moisture, generate lightning and other electromagnetic atmospheric phenomena, and has demonstrated excellent control over atmospheric pressure. She can incite all forms of meteorological tempests, such as tornadoes, thunderstorms, blizzards, and hurricanes, as well as mist. She can dissipate such weather to form clear skies as well.
Her precise control over the atmosphere allows her to create special weather effects. She can create precipitation at higher or lower altitudes than normal, make whirlwinds travel pointing lengthwise in any direction, channel ambient electromagnetism through her body to generate electric blasts, flash freeze objects and people, coalesce atmospheric pollutants into acid rain or toxic fog, and, along with her natural ability of flight, summon wind currents strong enough to support her weight to elevate herself (or others) to fly at high altitudes and speeds.

Personal Style: In terms of attire, Oriana keeps things simplistic and minimalist with flowing garments that breathe easy. Things that hang over her shoulders, but also keep tight enough that they don't get in the way. People like to think she's preparing for a fight, or something and she always retorts with, "Exactly," before chucking on a pair of flexible tights or leggings and slipping into boots or sneakers. She's not the type of girl to go all out fancy - though, honestly, she does like the feeling of a dress or a skirt hanging neatly off her body. Oriana, despite being partial to practical shoes, can easily rock a heel if she needs to. People don't know it, but that minimalist style doesn't mean she can't clean up well. She's just not prone to extravagant displays; dresses and skirts can be as minimal as she dam-well pleases.

Personality: Something about Oriana stands out and not in the way that has her popular with others or makes her unique. Oriana just seems like she doesn't really belong anywhere while simultaneously planting her foot firmly and saying otherwise. Maybe that's just her way of denying anyone leeway or doubt when they oppose her position. Oriana isn't the type to beat around the bush - if she sees an opportunity, she's going to seize it. It'll probably be by the receiving end of her powers, but, hey, at least she got what she came for.
While Oriana has an outsider air to her, she's also the master at giving precise looks that have a language all their own. Tends to be why people don't like her, or at least, don't like being near her. She's got a distinct bubble around her, like if she went through a crowd in the cafeteria, they wouldn't think twice before parting and acting as if she hadn't just stomped her way through or maybe it is her appearance. Of course, that's not to say she would - Oriana's not rude, nor does she ever see herself as intimidating - but it proves as a great example of how people seem to distance themselves from her. Like she keeps them at arm’s length without either her and them ever saying a word otherwise. Honestly, she's fine with that and used to it – if that's how the world perceives her, that's fine by her.
That being said, however, Oriana's definitely not the type of person you come to looking for answers. Regardless of whether or not she has them, chances are, she's not the type of individual to just give them away. The girl is honest and forthcoming, but that doesn't mean she's willing to hand everyone a cheat sheet to 'Who The hell is Stormraven?' Oriana Taplin was originally born in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is one of two children in the family, where her mother and father had met via a mutual friend. Oriana would spend the early years of her life in Initially being raised by her mother while her father did periodic visits as he remained working in another state with a security guard job while the mother and daughter remained in Louisiana. Her life was okay, but she got bullied a lot at school so the family decided to move over and settled in Miami, Florida. The young girl was always running around like young kids do her age, but it took time for her to adjust and make friends, Oriana suffered with Asthma at a young age.
Despite all this, Oriana had a pretty normal upbringing with a pair of hard working but very loving parents, she did pretty well in her education and performed well in sports where she could as she was quite the active type, refusing to let her Asthma hold her back. she took a 'tough girl' persona as a defensive tool to keep strangers she was weary of and bullies at a safe distance, although she was getting into the habit of starting them herself, she still had to be careful.
As time went on, the young girl would go on to be enrolled into the girl scouts for a while. It was not long before her teenage years that the first evidence of Oriana's Asthma had finally subsided and gone, of course this was good news as the teen was able to fully go out there and begin pushing herself and not get held back by it any longer. But, she was being careless in her teenage years, both her parents trying to find a way to channel her aggression when she got into a fight with one of her long-time friends. It was also in her early teenage years that any first evidence of Oriana's abilities when her parents were arguing which caused the girl to get emotional, it caused the area to have a heavy downpour thunderstorm that stayed quite consistent for several hours after her parents had stopped fighting and her brother calming her.
From this moment on the rest of Oriana's teenage years were plagued with troubles, she continued to get into arguments and the odd fight with her father for not spending as much time with the family as he should, her father buried himself further into his work leaving Oriana feeling more and more disconnected when she needed her family most, with tensions mounting and feeling more of an outsider where ever she went, Oriana tried to channel her aggression when she got into a nasty fight with her father, she was so angry at him, a hailstorm demolished his car in the driveway.
One of her last remaining long-time friends, not that she had many friends anymore, out of trust and their long friendship, Oriana showed her friend her abilities by trying making it snow in the middle of summer. Her friend whatever reasons of her own reported Oriana to the authorities. Ori went on the run; over the years, she got into a lot of trouble, but was eventually caught out during a night raid, she managed to knock several guy's back with a strong gust of wind and struck another with Lightning, severely injuring them all before being Rescued by her brother escaping, going into hiding once more.
