The Mothership Descends

Ooh and as an alien or AI we can have a main brain/body on the ship and send out androids, it will sorta act as a respawn if things go bad.
But if we do good and bring back resources we can upgrade our androids :)

The more I think about it the more excited I get with possibilities!!!

I like the idea of world/lore building in game but with point limitations to keep things even. Say once a week you get 5 points that allow you to introduce new lore.

A new hero/character could be 1
A new basic race 1, advanced 2 monsterous 3
Town 1 city 2 capitol 3
Island 1 special landmass/location 2, country 3

So as you want to write in something new you use creation points. If you don’t have any, you just have to wait and work on what others have created.

The most basic concept and delivery of this would be from the aliens side as we explore the new lands discovering new creatures and cultures.

Personality: Deum is mostly vocally quiet, speaking and sharing very little besides sharp commands. He has little interest in others and is a reclusive who could be considered spiteful and cold.
Abilities:

  He is a shape shifter, this is his first and foremost power, to manipulate his form into what ever he desires within mass and energy limitations.

Bio: There is nothing outstanding in Deum’s backstory. He was born and raised as a normal boy like any other born into and by a secret wealthy ritualistic occult. While he had a mother that gave birth to him, many of the coven acted and claimed to be his parents. While spoiled, he was also held to high expectations. Having enough of it and the lavish lifestyle he left, escaping to the school and enrolled himself to learn in peace.
Fears and weaknesses: Boundaries, shackles, confinement, cages, loss of control, being trapped in the dark. Claustrophobia.
Extras: Avid learner and practitioner of demonology and new tech alchemy. While pampered Deum was also often subjected to ritualistic torture during vile ceremonies.

Plot hook: Cult wants him back. To serve their needs / prophecy. Will kill him to force reincarnation if they have to.

Been in the middle of the bush camping and burning things in Western Australia’s little version of burning man. So been completely disconnected. Sorry no notice, was pretty hectic lead up considering I’m part of the fire tribe. Anyway, good to see I didn’t miss much/anything.

As for unresponsive, there hasn’t been anything to respond to.
However if you give me a bit of free reign I’ll get this game moving within two days, but you told me off last time I tried so... *shrug*

Hurruh just looks at Jones with a with an expression of shock under a frown.
It quickly slips into something more of worry as he shakes his head.
”What if you get eaten!?” He exclaims grabbing her hand.
”No, we shouldn’t go that way.” He says. Then with a yawn he asks. ”Where are we going to sleep?”

I got nothing to post, I’m just following the others.
Despite calling it free roam it’s feeling like a linear push into Nero with no other hooks or points of interest happening elsewhere. Not a bad thing, just saying might get more replies if presented with more choices.

”OK!” Hurruh shouted excitedly as he reached over the counter to shake the old mans hand and seal the deal. ”Thank you mister! See you soon.”

With haste he puts his new belongings in his rucksack and rushes back outside to be with his sister. Now in a better mood Hurruh was ready to move on.

Gently Hurruh dropped one of the crystal seeds onto his yellow slime and eagerly watched as it absorbed it into its center. Unsure how to feed the Armis, he just held a berry in his enclosed fist.

Hurruh tried something new, something he hadn’t done before.
Wearing his Armis he hovered his hand over the different berries. He did one pass over them with no response but the second time over there was a definitive response. Glowing with excitement Hurruh grabbed two of the blue berries beneath his hand.

It was the first time he had felt movement from the monster. It was a good sign and a joyful start to their relationship, it proved that it was alive after all.

The slime however had a more expensive taste. Slushing it’s way over to the crystal seeds Hurruh picked up two of them as well and placed it on the counter along with the blue berries.

Looking at the four items he frowns as he flicks through his fingers again and again.

”I think I’m a bit short... is there anything I can do for one gold piece?”
