As the rain outside intensifies, it starts hitting the windows of Kaldalis' room with a ticking noise. Tick-tick-tick. Tick-tick-tick.

It doesn't take long, however, for the ticking noise to become... louder, sounding less like rain and more like something or someone tapping on the window...

If Kaldalis were to turn his attention to the window, he'd find a black cat standing on the roof next to his room tapping on the window with a paw as though it wants Kaldalis to let it in, it's green eyes curiously watching the armoured knight.

As Karter pushes his way through the crowd it doesn't take long for him to arrive where the person gesturing to him was, but there's nobody familiar anywhere nearby...

However, not far away, down another corridor of the bazaar, he spots another person gesturing to him. From a distance he can't quite make out if he knows them, but he can tell that they're gesturing to him, and not someone else.

Vesania frowns and shakes her head. "Yeah, I'd enjoy staying but I've got some things to take care of unfortunately..." Sighing, she looks at Allysse and smiles. "But I'm sure I'll see you around! And if you need me, I live near the Bazaar, so come look for me if you need me!" She says, smiling as she turns around and leaves the building, waving as she does so.

As Boris wanders the shop looking at all the candy, the shopkeeper couldn't help but roll his eyes at a grown man behaving like a child. Still, a customer is a customer, so he wouldn't say or ask any questions about his behaviour.

As Kura enters the shop, thinking of the colour green of all things, the shopkeeper sighs in relief. A customer who wasn't weird.
"Ah, hello there miss!" The shopkeeper says, smiling. "Hoping to buy some sweets..." the shopkeeper falls silent for a moment. "Oh hey weren't you here before? If you've come to buy more cookies then you're out of luck, that girl outside bought all the cookies I had left. Maybe if you ask her she'll give you some, but if candy is what you want then I can sell you some!"

Pirila and Hida frown at Dino's explanation, but do nothing in response. After all, neither of them could teleport, at least not as fast as Dino could.

They wait in silence for any news when suddenly, the stones turn to dust and an old man walks over, carrying Mili and dropping her at Pirila's feet. Speechless, she quickly picks her up, noticing the large wound on her stomach and panicking.

As Cas asks Hida whether or not she's okay, she sighs. "Yeah, I'm fine thanks, though Mili is less okay it seems..."

- A bit later it seems -

In the medical room, Pirila listens closely to and follows Cas' explanation, cautiously pointing the gun-like object at Mili's wound and pulling the trigger as asked, marvelling at the speed with which the wound is healed. Hida meanwhile watches with curiosity, as if she's contemplating certain uses for the device when Cas, out of the blue, asks her out.

"...A romantic getaway?" Hida asks, frowning before looking at Mili and then to Pirila, who seems totally focused on Mili. "Well... sure. Travelling around sounds interesting, it's not like I have much to do anyway."

As Dino shows up and declares that they're not safe, Pirila freezes, clearly worried about Mili. In respond to Cas' suggestion, they both stay put in the Medical Room, with Pirila holding Mili closely as she waits for her to wake up, and Hida casually inspecting the MCR.

Due to the commotion and panic in the Bazaar, nobody seems to bother to want to answer Karter's questions, they're all far too busy being panicked.

After a while though, a man finally responds to Karter's questions. "Yes. Someone hung a corpse from the tower and caused the Bell to spew blood. You'd best stay away from there." They say, before vanishing back into the crowd, too fast for Karter to do anything but catch a glimpse of the black suit the man was wearing.

Up in the distance, through the crowd, Karter can briefly catch a glimpse of what appears to be a person gesturing for him to come over.

"H-hey! Don't go running off alone!" The girl says as Kura dashes off towards the candy store. Sighing, she quickly follows her

As Boris and Kura approach the candy store, their attention is briefly drawn to their right as they both notice someone sitting on a low wall across from the candy store.

Sitting on the wall is a young girl in a white dress and a tattered white cloak eating from a large bag of cookies sitting next to them on the wall, she looks at both Kura and Boris for a moment, before smiling.

As the rain begins to set in, the girl reaches out to grab something behind the wall she's sitting on, and pulls out a black umbrella, holding it above her so her cookies don't get wet while she continues eating. The umbrella itself seems to be a reasonably expensive one, but it doesn't appear to be close-able, instead it appears to be a covering that can be detached from the handle it's on in it's entirety.

Vesania nods as Allysse begins running, and follows after her as it starts raining. The worst part of the storm is yet to come, but all around people are already putting on cloaks or heading indoors.

Once inside the inn, Vesania doesn't appear to have gotten wet from the rain, and the receptionist addresses Allysse, smiling as she gestures for her to come closer. "Good Morning Miss, it seems the weather has turned hasn't it? Would you like a room?" The Receptionist asks, completely ignoring Vesania.

As the storm slowly approaches the shore, the rainfall in the town intensifies. People head for shelter as the storm rolls in, and soon the streets of the town are almost abandoned as people have gone inside, leaving only the people who absolutely have to travel on the streets.

I have decided to make Prima Luce Co-GM (Someone who I've known for a while) after having a chat with him. This was a decision I made on my own, and I know him to be more than capable of filling such a position. Please welcome him as Co-GM.

Pirila, shocked at the sudden gunshot and cave-in, narrowly manages to avoid getting crushed by the rocks. As Dino moves forward and grabs her shoulder to explain, Pirila simply reacts in anger.

"That's exactly why we need to get there fast! So whoever took her can't do anything else to her, can you not understand that much?" She responds, batting away Dino's hand.

Hida, who was completely out of danger, gets tackled onto the solid stone floor by the over-eager Cas. Frowning, it takes about a second for to realise what happened, and sighs before smiling. "Thanks." She simply responds as she gets to her feet and inspects the cave-in, soon joined by Pirila.

"So, she's on the other side of this wall, then?" Hida asks, placing her hand on the barrier.

"Sure looked that way, can you get through?" Pirila responds, frowning and almost impatiently tapping her feet on the floor.

"If you give me enough time, sure, but I think Mr. Dino might have a different idea." Hida answers, turning her attention to Dino. "Now what?"

Vesania smiles and waves as Karter heads towards the Bazaar. "Yeah, I'll see you around!" She says, before turning around and wandering off. If Karter were to look another way and then back towards Vesania, he'd notice that she's disappeared entirely. Strange, that.

As she leaves, the church bell tolls. Karter is close enough to see the blood landing just down the road, but he is fortunately far enough away to not be covered in it.

It doesn't take long for Karter to arrive at the large Bazaar should he continue on his way. It's a busy, roofed area with lots of people, shops and alleys, but unfortunately there appears to be a lack of signs giving any concrete directions towards a place to exchange money.

And to make matters worse, it seems as though people are panicking because of what is happening at the church, making the bazaar even more chaotic than usual.

The girl smiles as Kaldalis pulls her back to her feet. "Thanks." she simply states as Kura seems to be confused for a moment, before asking the girl a question.

"Oh? You forgot already?" The girl says, frowning. "Just down the road from here, remember? The candy store? You desperately wanted some cookies so I bought some for you... did you eat them all already?"

The girl sighs and appears to be about to say something else, when the church bell tolls, drawing her attention to the horrific display. As Boris shows up, the girl seems... concerned, likely because of what he says. After all, who wouldn't be concerned about invisible people?

Sighing as Kaldalis ushers them away and tells them that it's not safe, she turns her attention back to Kura.

"What say you we go buy you some more cookies then?"

The stall owner coughs and frowns as Madison shows up, slamming a coin onto the table and demanding food.

Quickly they comply, handing over a pastry and taking the coin. "Here, thanks." They quickly state, hoping to end the interaction with this... woman? as fast as possible.

Vesania nods. "Nice to meet you too, Allysse. And sure, I can show you around if you want."

As Madison arrives, Vesania doesn't seem bothered at all by the sight or the smell, and instead simply frowns at Allysse's obvious disgust. "Shall we go-"

Vesania barely manages to finish her statement as the church bell tolls. "...that's not good" She says, before turning around, concerned.

As the bell tolls and the town is made aware of the horrific display, a small amount of panic erupts close to the church tower, with people running away and seeking shelter from the rain of blood.

It doesn't take long for the town guard to react to the incident, ushering people away from the tower as some guards climb the tower, attempting to stop the bell from tolling and removing the body.

Pirila sighs a breath of relief as Dino announces that they have found Mili. The information that her abductor was nearby worried her, but she'd deal with them afterwards.

As the wall of weapons reveals itself, Pirila takes a short moment to see if she sees anything especially interesting. She wasn't too big a fan of guns, but in the end she decides to settle on a simple handgun. She'd probably not use it, but she'd carry it with her just in case. After all, better safe than sorry, right?

Hida meanwhile does the same. She reaches out to grab a gun too when Cas interrupts her and offers her a gun.

"Oh! Thank you very much." She responds, taking the gun with a smile. "And while I'm not especially hungry, a snack is always good, is it not?"

As they are suddenly brought down to the planet again, Pirila has to take a moment to adjust. She wasn't used to teleporting around like this, but her determination to find Mili soon beat her nausea as she follows Dino down into the caves.

As one of the others - likely either Dino or Cas - light up the obstacle, Pirila gasps. There, slumped over a large stone, was Mili.

Throwing caution to the wind, Pirila rushes over to her. "MILI!" She shouts, completely ignoring the convenience of the situation.

Hida however, seems to be more aware of just how convenient everything is, and tries to stop Pirila from rushing forward, yet she fails to grab her in time as Pirila quickly runs out of reach. Growling, she follows after her, though she makes sure to keep some distance between herself and Pirila. After all, she didn't want to fall into the same trap if there was one, but letting Pirila go all alone wasn't smart either.

The girl smiles as Karter introduces himself. "Nice to meet you, Karter. My name's Vesania. As for spending a night somewhere, there should be an inn up ahead, you could spend the night there, but it's still morning so why not go and explore first?" She asks, smiling as she gestures to an inn further ahead.

"As for money exchange... your best bet is probably the Bazaar I'd say. It's not too far away from here either."

As Kura and Kaldalis make their way down the street, a girl, somewhere in her late teens, emerges from an alleyway. She appears busy rummaging through one of the bags she's carrying, and fails to notice Kaldalis in time, crashing into him.

The girl has short brown hair, and wears a rather long black dress. As the girl recovers from the collision and finally notices that she has, in fact, collided with someone, an observant Kura might notice that the 'alleyway' the girl emerged from is in fact just a wall. Strange, that.

"Ow... sorry about that..." The girl says as she takes a moment to observe both Kura and Kaldalis with her bright blue eyes. As she notices Kura however, her eyes widen. "Oh hey, we meet again!" She says, smiling as she scrambles to her feet.

"No problem!" The girl says, smiling as Allysee looks around. "But no, I'm not a traveller. I live here, but I like watching the boats come and go, so that's how I found you here."

"So you're looking to live here huh? Gonna start searching for a good house soon then?" She says, seemingly lost in thought for a second.

"Oh by the way, what's your name? Mine's Vesania."

"My name's Vesania, what's yours?" The girl, Vesania, asks, glancing at Illyssa's luggage before smiling. "And if you're looking for a better life here, does that mean you plan on living here?"

Mili manages a faint smile as Pirila crouches down in front of her. "O..okay..." She says, exhausted. Today's events had been... well, tiring. Tiring and also quite terrifying, so Mili decides to simply let Pirila do all the thinking and worrying. She'll just nod and follow since she was too tired to really do much thinking.

Then, however, Pirila does something strange. Is she... tasting Mili's blood? Mili frowns, Pirila was acting weird. Why would she taste Mili's blood? That wasn't normal...

But the question Pirila asks really alarms Mili, but before she can really react her vision goes black. Pirila had punched her, and in doing so knocked her unconscious...

Pirila looks away from the windows as the start moving. She really didn't like the fact that she suffered from motion sickness, and she had been avoiding vehicles for quite a while because of it.

So when Shard pulls her away she simply nods, not really paying attention to what's going on until Shard pulls a gun on her. Pirila takes a step back but before she can get away, Shard pulls the trigger...

And Pirila's dizziness fades, Shard asks her a weird a weird question about Cuna without even saying anything about what she just did."

"H-hold on Miss. First of all, I would much prefer it if you didn't pull out a gun on me for no reason. Secondly, are you assuming I am in a relationship with him?"

Pirila simply shakes her head. This woman was... a bit odd.

"To answer your question, yes he is 'available', so go ahead and get to know him better."
