Might make my post a little longer when im done with my game but that would only be side information.

Tomori timidly gazed at Rui-Ling who seemed quite irritated by the fact that his order took some time to get onto his table. The man began talking but it wasn't a complaint or anything, it was a question for the young girl.

She angled her head a little out of confusion of his sudden question and heard the man out. It was quite surprising that the man would ask a question to the girl instead of anything else. He seemed quite irritated at first but that wouldn't cause him to ask questions right? Or maybe he noticed something off about the young waitress that irritated him. It was indeed rather strange that such a young girl would be working at this hour, but she was glad to help Shiina out whenever she was needed. She didn't need as much sleep as the humans either way and she enjoyed the work she did too so it didn't matter all that much, well to her at least.

His question was rather rude thinking Tomori would be like the others. Saving up for toys and dolls, no way. Tomori knew better than that! Tomori hesitated to tell the man straight out why she was here but was already stopped from saying anything further by Shiina. The bartender had thrown a knife at the man his table to warn him of his rude behaviour. Tomori expected something like this to happen of course so she wasn't taken by surprise of the knife suddenly flung at the table. It would happen sometimes during the evenings but that was the risk. Shiina always had her eyes out for danger. She turned her head over towards Shiina who seemed mildly irritated by the man but she quickly went back tending the bar again letting him go with a mere warning.

Tomori turned to the man again and gave a polite reply "Sorry sir but I don't believe you know my story yet nya. You can't just judge a book by it's cover nya. If you're really curious to know about my backstory you should ask Shiina for permission if I'm allow to tell you nya." With that she left the man alone to place some more of the orders down on the tables. Two new people entered the cafe. Tomori walked past the two and welcomed them "Irashai." She made a small polite bow and walked over to the shaddy guy again and stared at the knife stuck in the table. Her face slowly became more annoyed by the disgrace of sight that was displayed to the customers. It wasn't some simole babaric restaurant where you could play games with knifes so it was highly innapropriate. Tomori held tightly onto the small grip of the knife and started to try and pull the knife out. To her surprise the knife was buried quite deep into the table which made it take some time for her to get it out and a lot of cringing.

It was yet another delightfull evening. The cosplay cafe was slowly filling up with the regular faces and new ones that were never seen before. Tomori welcome the new guests that came in every now and then but remained attending the other customers that were already seated. Her face was as small and cute as ever yet she didn't use this charm much by the customers. She was told multiple times that if she smiled the customers would be happier and have a postive vibe about this cafe. Tomori still didn't understand why something so simple make a change to how they see her and remained working with the same expression day in, day out.

Tomori her clothes were nothing out of ordinary today. If clothes weren't appointed to her she would just wear a simple everyday clothes. A long skirted waitress outfit with a dark purple skirt a white blouse with a litht blue blazer on top and a dark blue ribbon around her neck and possibly some small things what the customers would possibly like. Today she also wore cat ears and a cat tail, the same color as her hair.

She ran around the cafe taking orders and serving them to the people. This had become everyday life since a year ago. After finally having being adapted to human life she was able to get a job that would suit her. She was always serious about her work and did the best she could to make the customers happy. She greeted the large group of people that streamed in one by one for the group quest, giving them all a polite bow and quickly went back to serving tables. She went up to the person that had just arrive and lightly tapped onto his arm to get his attention and softly spoke as for not to distrube shiina "Would you prefer something to drink sir?...nya." As soon as Tomori got in her role she would stay in that role for the time she had the costume on but, her monotone voice together with how deep she is in her role it just sounds a little bit too serious. She waited for Makoto to place his order and gave a nod to whatever he would have said to her.

Tomori quickly ran off again towards the kitchen and came back with a filled waitress board filled with drinks and food. She placed them down on the tables were people had order them and came across a shaddy person. She placed the water down for the mister at the table "Thank you for the wait nya..." She curiously stared at Rui-ling before saying any more "Is something the matter sir? Nya..." She had been hearing the continuos tapping of the mister forn quite a while now and wondered if something was up.

Personality

Tomori has a shy personality, and can be easily amused. She has a reserved and emotionless disposition, rarely smiling even when happy, and she speaks in a flat monotone voice with polite grammar. She takes her work very seriously and gets annoyed when people act recklessly or loudly around her. Tomori doesn’t know the word self shame and mostly acts like nothing happens when she is in an awkward situation. Sometimes when Tomori is excited for something she can be somewhat more cheerful and act like she has more emotions than she usually shows.

Background

Born in the deepest depths of the sea where no light could reach. Tomori was born from a great magical presence that had shapen life for the water elemental. Her water body was made from the compression of a huge amount of water that could easily fill an entire lake. Together with the magic power of the presence, she was born on this planet.

The first 10 years were spent in the depths of the deep blue sea. She came to an understanding of what she was and the sea she was living in. However living this long in one place was beginning to get very boring very quickly. Living with the fish wasn’t the most interesting thing that there was to do. Tomori for a change went to explore what was above her for once and quickly came to a conclusion. There were a vast majority of other creatures like sharks and whales and orca’s but not only that, it felt lighter. The light hurted her sensitive eyes and the lack of pressure made her body malfunction. Finally she hit the above world. The world with air and sunlight. She was startled by the sudden lack of H2o but it didn’t seem to make any difference to her body, It all felt very normal. Like this body was made for it. For the first time she also felt air and warmth and it all felt very normal and nice. She wanted to explore more but knew she would abandon her former home in the depths. Yet she didn’t care and only wanted more and more.

After several days out in the open Tomori had hit land and felt fascinated and thrilled to see what land was and how it acted. But there was a minor problem for the water girl. Once she was on the beach something strange was happening. She couldn’t move forwards nor backwards. It felt like she was stuck and she couldn’t move for several hours until she had a moment of breakthrough. She could control the water from the sea and take a large portion of it to let her body move over the land. It wasn’t much faster than everyday movement speed but it did well. She explored the lands and everything else and also came to know even more about herself.

Not much later she had come to knowledge of all new kinds of material and explored the cities discovering even more. There was a new sense she hadn’t used much before. Noise it sounded from everywhere, from the cars and people around her. Yet she found the city it didn’t take long for the people inside of it to want her out of their living place. The chasers soon went after her and fiercely started attacking without remorse. Tomori wasn’t good in combat or anything but didn’t want to get the pain she got from the people attacking her. She was driven back and fled through the city into the sewers.

Later Tomori was found again later. She had been living in the sewers for some time still curious on what was happening outside and around her. She had been learning new tricks and became faster and smarter. Tomori was found while she was trying to convert her own body into one of the creatures from above. Her body was half water elemental and half human. It was an ugly sight to see but the people that found her didn’t harm her any longer seeing how hard she tried. They chasers took her in and learned her all kinds of stuff. Her human form became proper and she learned how to use her body on land more efficiently. She also learned speaking and all sort of proper things.

Powers

Hydrokinesis - manipulate and control liquid and mold it into any desired shape or form.

Water Mimicry - Body is made up out of 100% liquid. The user can change their own body liquid to any other liquid.

Body manipulation - Can change body psyche and voice.

Human form - User can change their liquid body in human form.
