You’re here because you are one of many young immortals born into a world you will never truly belong in, birthed by parents that will never understand just how special you are. Whether you are here to learn to wield your powers, to seek shelter from those who wish to destroy what they could never understand or simply because you wish to be here for no other reason than boredom all are welcome here at the temple! Hello there, thank you for popping into my interest check no matter if you’re interested or not! 

Before I get into the nitty gritty of this idea I do wish to say that this role play will be more wide open rather than closed off. Your characters within this role play will be left to build relationships or create enemies, to have fun or to have a shoulder to cry on, to figure out what it means to be the child of a zodiac. There will be set events to bring everyone together but for the most part you will be left to your own devices, to create a unique story and writing experience for everyone within! 

For those who are interested so far below will be the zodiacs and their powers, as each one will have a unique skill. If you are interested in a specific sign please let me know which one when you express interest and I will create a list of signs taken. Once characters are created I will be picking character names out of a hat to do a random roommate system, though if you find particular interest in an accepted character you can always PM me together in a group PM to let me know. 

Now with that out of the way, here is the list of zodiacs and their powers as well as a list of rooms within the temple! 

Zodiacs and Powers

Aries power is the power of leadership. They are natural born leaders and have a powerful energy that flows through and around them. They have the ability to amplify their voice to be heard over all others, and with their voice once they learn they can even command mortals to do their bidding. Other zodiacs are unaffected by that specific ability but the energy surrounding the Aries alone will make them wish to bow to their will.

Aquarius’ power is the power of crafting. They are able to craft things out of whatever they have handy, changing the items to whatever they need them to be if the item has the elements needed within them. They are full of ideas as well, to the point that the list is infinite. Technology is also something they understand well being amazing at coding and hacking.

Cancers power is the power of creating shields and barriers. They can create a barrier of water around anything they desire, drawing the water needed from whatever source is nearby even if it’s the water in the air. If there is no water around though they cannot use their ability.

Capricorns power is the power of navigation. No matter where they are they are never lost, knowing how to get to wherever they wish to go no matter if they have a map or have never been to the area before. Day or night, pitch black darkness or blinding light, they will always find their way to their destination whether it be physical or emotional. The only thing that confuse them is the power of a Leo.

Geminis power is the power of manipulation. They can look into the depths of a persons soul and see their deepest fears or wishes and use that information to gain whatever it is they want. Just one look into another eyes is all they need to gain access to this information though direct eye contact is needed.

Leos power is the power of song. Their voices enchant those who listen be it zodiac or mortal. Their lyrics though have the ability to change the emotions of those who hear them, be it for good or bad. Their power though can be stopped by simply using ear plugs.

Libras power is the power of romance. They can draw upon the energy of those whom they desire to be romantic with and find out what they desire, their love language and objects they might like. They are also naturally gifted artists. The only thing that can stop their ability is the power of cancer.

Pisces power is the power to enter dreams of those they touch. They can manipulate the dreams they are in whether it be their own of others. Though they cannot stay in the dream realm long as if the individual they are within wakes up before they can get out they will be trapped in their mind forever more while their immortal body is forever in a coma.

Sagittarius’ power is the power of clarity. If they make direct eye contact with someone they are able to know if they are being lied to or not, though I they practice their ability enough they can learn to read the energy of the individual to learn that as well. The only thing that can stop them reading the individuals energy is the power of cancer.

Scorpios power is the power of producing venom. They can choose specific body parts to secrete their venom from or spit venom if they do choose, breaking through anything including the barrier of cancer. They can only produce about two cups of venom per week though so they must use it wisely.

Taurus’ power is the power of strength. They can lift up to ten tons of weight with a single hand and are excellent in hand to hand combat. The only draw back is that their power is extremely taxing on their energy so after using their power they need to eat immediately otherwise they will pass out.

Virgos power is the power of plants. They can grow a seed to be full growth in under a minute, but with practice they can splice plant genetics together to create new plants. They can use plants however they need, whether it be as a weapon, shield, or just for food and beauty. But like Taurus they need to eat as their ability costs them energy so they will pass out from lack of energy.
