Their belongings were found in the Redwood National and State Parks, in an underground bunker stocked with food and water. In a plastic box in a backpack, there were cameras, laptops, and USBs. The events following is the students experiences.

Hello, I am DemonMiyu, and this is Point of No Return. The story is that our characters are the students from CalArts, who were film students creating an independent film series as a project. The series was a reality series around horror, as the students investigate local legends to debunk them. As the series went on, they realized that the more creepy legends might have some truth to them, egging them to delve deeper into a more dangerous reality.

I'm looking for a partner to help play some character to mine, you can be camerapeople, researchers or just a civilian tag along for this horrifying tale. My character will be the main 'host' who explains the legends and goes first into the danger.

Hello, everyone reading this post. My name is DemonMiyu, I've been on this site for a while now and have had quite a few partners and as time went on, my partners have gone away. So I'm making this nice, new post to hopefully attract some new partners. I love to talk to people and make friends so I'd like to think that we would get along. I'm also a huge pile of trash anime fan, so if you like anime maybe we can geek out. Anyways onto the good stuff and the BOLD is what I am currently craving. The underlined are what I really want to do.

This is a message to future and past partners. I'm known for dropping off the face of the planet and taking forever to get back. But, my life is hard, I have severe issues with myself and my life is a rollercoaster from hell. I have been in college for nearly two years, the stress and pressure to do good, and make my family, as well as myself, is crushing me. Roleplayguild is my safe haven...Now...I have had this issues for a couple years and I know that is no excuse for me being a garbage dump human being, but I am trying to better myself. Form those who I have hurt before, forgive me. For those willing to let in someone who just wants to write and make some friends, please read on. Thank you.

I'll Protect You

B was born to a normal family. His father was working a nine to five job and his mother made THE best cookies. Pretty much a TV family. That is until one day when he turned, his parents were murdered in a gruesome unnatural way. They were turned inside out and their limbs were torn off. And B did that because he was born with unstable, dangerous powers. The government captures him to figure out what triggered his powers. After 15 years of being imprisoned in a secret government facility, he finally escapes.

A is a college student, majoring in Art and Photography, who lives off campus near a wuiet little forest. One day, she goes out into the forest to get some new photos for her portfolio. Instead of snapping pictures, she finds B, injured and hungry. He doesn't let her near him but she leaves him food. Eventually after a few days of her leaving food for him, he trusts her enough to come close and she brings him home, treating his wounds. She takes care of him as he apparently has no one else.

However, the government is still looking for him.

The Ocean's Gift

My character is a mermaid from an underwater city protected by magic. She's the daughter of Poseidon. Humans and mermaids used to coexist in peace until a human killed Poseidon's wife and a war broke out. That led to Poseidon taking his kin to the deepest part of the ocean and living there for thousands of years. His only daughter, who was born thousands of years after the passing of his wife (she was born from an egg, kinda like a tadpole..kinda) and is part of the newest generation of merpeople. All mermaids believe that the world is full of water and humans died off a long time ago. That is until my character somehow bypasses the barrier protecting their home and swims out. She spots a ship and doesn't know what it is. She follows it a port Kingdom and finds out that humans are alive. Another surprise is that a Hyrbid, of a merperson and a human, appears and offers her a way to become a human. She takes it and the price is that she has only a week until she becomes a human and the only way to remain a human is commit murder. And whilst being a human, she falls in love with the Kingdom's prince, who is currently looking for a wife.

Rise of the Fallen Phoenix

Lords. A title given to those who watch over a village. A respected title in the world created by the kind goddess Gaea and her divine warriors. This world of fantasy was brought into a time of peace 84 years ago, but now that peace has begun to waver.

An amnesiac girl, with only her name to her memory changes things. She collapsed outside of a decaying village, with no Lord to care for it, by a masked Guard who does not trust her at first. After a while and the realization that she is a rare person of unique kindness and intelligence, she is named Lord. But when a disturbing discovery is made about herself and the guard, which attracts the attention of an unwanted individual, things will change forever.

My character is from a fairly religious city and her family owns one of the more popular churches. She is an example of what the city considered to be a perfect daughter, but she has this need to leave and be free of the city's many laws and beliefs.

One summer is an exception, as it is the summer she turns 18 and is given a pass to leave to a sister town. While there, she volunteers to help clean out an abandoned house which belonged to what the laws declared heretics. Inside the house, she found a book with notes and symbols. Being the curious girl she takes the book and discovers it secrets. It depicts a summoning ritual that begins the end of days.

Of course, she doesn't believe this at all and asks her friend about it. Her friend dares her to try it because of course it won't work. She does the ritual with the knowledge that it will not work, but instead she opens a rift to Hell itself. Before she can erase the symbols, the Devil King himself appears and binds himself to her, proclaiming that the end will come once she turns 21.

"I'm sorry, what?"

Bloodlust

It was a normal day until she gets a watch in the mail and she was knocked out. Now she woke up in this empty city surrounded by an ocean. The watch tells the following message.

Welcome to Survival Island. You [civilian] have been chosen to live here. You cannot leave unless you find a token or you die. You have been partnered with a random person. You cannot
kill your partner. Find them and survive together! The prize for leaving with your partner is great! Good luck!

Fearing for her life, she tries to find her partner. But when she does, she discovers her partner is a world renowned serial killer, a modern day Jack the Ripper. Will she somehow make his bloodlust disappear or will he awaken hers.

Based off of Cinderella.

She is the fiancee to a duke. Marrying into money, since her family lost it's power and fortune. He isn't exactly kind to her, he only married because she is beautiful, but she is much more than that. One day, the prince of the kingdom holds a Masquerade Ball and invites the noble families to it. Her fiancee forbids her from joining, for vague reasons. The duke's sister, feeling sorry for her future sister-in-law, helps her get into the Ball without the duke recognizing her, by giving her a full face mask, the simplest one that she has made. And that simplicity is what attracted the Prince.

Spirited Away Sequel?

So I didn't want to add this to my old IC post, so I'm making a new one. I've recently rewatched Spirited Away.



Yeah, anyways.

My idea: It's set 30 years after Chihiro/Sen left the Spirit World with her parents. She didn't talk about her experiences with her family or anyone until her daughter was born. She always told the story of how her parents turns to pigs, Haku, No-Face, Yubaba, Zeniba, everything. Her daughter believed her every word. However when her daughter turned 13, she suddenly stopped believing her. After a huge fight three years later, she runs off and finds a mossed over tunnel. She didn't want to go home so she went down it. And like her mother years before, she was also Spirited Away.

I'm looked for someone to play the new generation of characters. We're keeping some Canons like Yubabe, Zeniba, No-Face, and maybe Haku (older Haku, of course). I'll be playing Chihiro, her daughter, Lin (maybe, idk if we're keeping her?) and any others. Please @me or PM if interested.
