Current Remember, nobody actually enjoys roleplaying if there isn't at least five shameful fetishes uncovered by the 2nd page.

Somebody stole my mood ring. I don't know how to feel about it.

Let's be honest, it's far more satisfying and challenging to actually imagine what a character looks like than paste a hundred gifs of a celebrity and call it good.

So, a team of players who are good at playing as a team in a team-based game are individually bad players. Seems kind of silly when you put it like that, no?

My goal these days is to have an RP that can actually finish, or the very least, last a few years. I see way too many die on page one to take chances

I was going to say Aeron that you better skeedaddle if you wanted to gst a sheet up by Saturday, and it looks like you're well on your way!

Thunder, I actually got an early bit of criticism written down for your first sheet, but I'll definitely go and check it over again. Big things I noticed were the entirely too many professions in that ship position section, a huge gap in time that doesn't explain how she goes from idolizing her father to thinking him a total hypocrite, and the casual murder of fellow mercenaries with Eclipse. I'll go into more details in the review, but I think it's fair to give you some heads up that as stands, your character kind of comes across as a violent psycho that doesn't suffer any consequences for murdering her comrades.

Whatever you want, fam. I started a new job so I don't have time or energy to think, but I can go with your flow just fine.

PS. get well soon, honey.

I'll try to whip something up over the next couple days! And I know how exhausting work can be, I'm pretty sure my job's why my health went to shit in the first place. We'll just ping-pong quick responses back and forth via PM and we should be golden before you know it.

I don't do coffee, but I found energy drinks became my BFFs on the rough work days.

And thanks, this time around isn't a totally serious thing but I'm glad I decided to go get it checked out. Either way, sharp needles and 1/8 of an inch tube being stabbed into your gut is not as fun as it sounds on the brochure.
The first couple of books are canon (and reasonably good too)... Then they changed author and they become terribad. Reasonably sure that they (the later ones) got officially un-canonised once it was realized how blatantly wrong they were...

Of course, the lore around Batarian women that does exist is simply there to justify Bioware taking shortcuts in species design by only making males for most of the species...

As far as I know, anything by Drew Karpyshan (I think that's what his name is) is canon because he was the lead writer for the video games. The one I think you need to avoid is the one by William Dietz, who also wrote the awful Halo: The Flood adaptation.

The comic books are all solid. I highly recommend them, especially if you like fleshing out the stories and motivations of a number of characters.
I gotta say, so far the submissions have all been really darn good! I'm getting started on preliminary reviews, so let me know if you change or edited your sheets between now and Saturday. I will try to have that all done, as well as the intro post ready for then.

I do want to thank everyone for the effort and patience you've shown! I have nothing but the warm fuzzies about this game and the story we're all about to create. This just may end up becoming the ME tale I always wanted to be a part of. :)
@HankIf I'm not being turned into a pin cushion and have some downtime that isn't dominated by hydromorph making me super sleepy, I'll try to get you something tomorrow. Should we start off with them meeting up and making a plan, or already in position with the plan agreed upon with already?
I actually kind of wonder what, if any differences there are between male and female Batarians. I don't think we ever saw any in the games.

Not a lot of the books are to be believed. I think they have female sex characteristics like humans or asari. You just never see them outside batarian space, given their North Korea like political isolation state.
@gcold Thanks, man. And it's a complication related to my guts. Fortunately, this is a a comparitively uncomplicated thing to sort out. It was just bad luck.

And yup, that's the Do'Karth game plan. @Hank, PM collab?
@Fallenreaper On the Borealis, rooms are legendary luxuries spoken of in hushed whispers.
If you two get turian space jizz all over the ship, I swear by the spirits you clean it up with your tooth brushes. :[
Guess who's back in the hospital? This guy!

My posting might be a bit all over until I get stable.
