@Asura The ranking depends entirely on the user. For a chunin, I'd rank it B rank. C rank, if the user isn't particularly stealthy otherwise. In that case, the rank determines it's effectiveness more than the actual power required.

As for teams, Shirayuri will clearly be very Taijutsu focused. She would do well with Ninjutsu/Genjutsu support.

Even though it's a style and not a jutsu, the style still has to be learned. Instead or requiring activation it would just be seen as something the character knows about.

@BladeSS4 Adding to that, Asura is making a character still, as is Bishop, and there are some others that started (but haven't really shown more than that). Besides that, I know Ryoryoryoken is making a jonin, and I will still be making a chunin at some point in time.

Unsure if we will reach just that high of a level of shonen. We're trying to represent the gritty reality.. so perhaps if a team has 3 genin, that might be possible.
