I'd prefer if the whole fiberling family stayed non-sapient outside of niche cases like Violet though. They're probably the simplest, most adaptable and best creature I've designed for the setting and I think they're more interesting if they're kept inhuman one way or another.

Oh. He was talking about the uplifting the Marionettes not my other race. Damn, that flew over my head because I did not even see how that would work, because as I said, I do not really consider Marionette a race since they are barely alive.

It could be neat if Tauga learned a bit about it though. But the stuff is complex and very delicate, it is hard to mess with it without breaking it down. Not that most Marionette in Alefpria are anywhere near useful after the city building was over, and since Meimu hasn't been mentioned to be fixing stuff there anymore, they are probably on a bad shape.

@Rtron Annoyance =/= Hate. She lives to complain about Teknall and Zephyrion, for example, but she likes both.

Unless you make the lizards turn into generic brute Number 1453 when you corrupt them or you try to murder her or the divas, or mess up with mortals' abilities to have dreams of any sort (Not just "here be nightmares", but outright stop it), in other words, stuff that is just waste of potential and boring, she will be forgiving.

Heck, I myself will throw some wrenches in her plan, especially that whole angel business.

Oh yeah. I know I included Obsidian as one of the main points of Ilu's Glass portfolio. But if Obsidian wants the specific Obsidian port I'd have 0 issue with Obsidian using Obsidian too.
