What is the status of Kakariko Village? It's highly likely that Rhal's resurrection happened in the Graveyard, maybe even within the former Shadow Temple, and that's where I think I should start.
So, my original intent was to wait until after things happen at the bridge to find some way to join in, but since that would clearly be a longer wait than I anticipated it seems I should just post something anyway even if I have to pull a scenario out of my ass. That being said, I'm right back where I started... a Necromancer with very little options for being introduced. *facepalm*
I'm interested as well. Since you sort of skimmed over him, I was wondering if I could ask about the character of Kafei. Due to the circumstances of his disappearance (I practically memorized Majora's Mask, that specific section especially) it's very possible he's still alive and quite spry for his advanced age. With that in mind, is he someone you might consider a playable character?
Right, so I can either shoehorn Rhal at the bridge... somehow, or I can have him be doing something else for the moment until a better opportunity presents itself to integrate him.
Unfortunately, Eric's mood had soured by the end of the trip. This was thanks mostly to the obnoxious behavior of the Elekid and its Trainer. It was annoying to say the least, the two were loud and their wrestling caused them to even kick the back of Eric's seat. If they weren't on a moving bus he would have had half a mind to have Froakie pound both of them if only to shut them up for a moment. But such an action would lead to a Pokemon Battle and, frankly, it wouldn't have been worth the effort. So Eric just quietly moved forward to the next seat, eventually even putting Froakie back in his Poke Ball so he at least could have some peace and quiet. Honestly, some people...

He was the first off of the bus, or he would have been if that jerk with the Elekid didn't shove past him followed closely by another inconsiderate passenger who just happened to have an Electric Pokemon. Was that some kind of unwritten law? That all Electric type trainers had to be rude and annoying? He sighed quietly in annoyance, again just trying to brush them off and keep what was left of his good mood. The introductions began, and Eric at first was going to wait and be the last one to introduce himself. If he had done so now he would be more likely to say something rude or stand-offish and certainly didn't want THAT to be the first impression he made on the Professor. When someone asked if the Professor had really saved the Orre Region, though, he couldn't help himself.

"Oh no, it was all a big hoax. We just decided not to tell you." he snapped, quickly realizing his snide behavior and shaking his head, "My apologies, the bus ride was a bit..." he sighed, "...bumpy." he said the last word with a quick glare at Raizo and the Elekid. He reached for his bag and retrieved Froakie's Poke Ball, "Come on back out Froakie, the trip's over." he said as the ball dropped from his grasp, tapping the ground and giving off a flash, as if being replaced by the small blue toad that was Froakie, "I'm Eric... it's nice to meet you..." he paused glancing at Rai again, and with a quick sigh, "...all."
Froakie's gonna be a boss. Dark/Water Ninja Frog. Best idea for a Pokemon evar!

...Although I'd love to get a Deerling at some point later. *puts it on wishlist and mails it to the PokeGods* Bah, who am I kidding. Knowing my luck the only grass type I'll ever encounter will be Burmy.

I'm in.

Greninja ftw
This is a bit off-topic but I'm seeing that I have a new message but when I go to check it there's only one that I sent out earlier. What's the dealio?
That reminds me, I would assume Rhal can use the standard ReDead abilities, yes? By that I mean the paralyzing scream and life energy draining and whatnot. In fact, it would probably be best to set some ground rules for how that stuff works so it won't cause debates later, yes?

I'm still not sure how the scream will be balanced, but the life drinking thing is likely going to be Rhal's only real means of healing himself. Being an undead creature, I wouldn't expect healing magic or even life potions to work on him, or in fact have the opposite effect (they harm him) a la Final Fantasy.
