That should have been quite self-explanatory. If I'm to be kicked because someone died in real life then... I guess I'm just out then.

Looking at PerniciousIntent's profile and their last activity was like 2 weeks ago. Not a good sign, and I'm not sure how keen I am on being the only active good guy here...
Um... that's actually a tough one. I'm just gonna rule it as natural agility and such that characters will just naturally develop over time. Plus... I can't really think of a way to justify why someone would just randomly gain the ability to do that sort of thing without any real build-up or training or the like.

Er, well, I appreciate the sentiment but she's been terminal for over a year now. Honestly it's just a matter of time at this point.
Good news, I misunderstood the phone call and there's no death, which means I'm NOT going out of town for any longer than a few hours to visit said person (my grandmother, if you're curious) in the hospital.
