- Dossier: The son of a lawyer and a police officer, Shin possesses a strange combination of curiosity and skepticism. One minute he'll seem interested in investigating strange places or things, likely to learn what makes them tick. But, next thing you know, he's trying to offer some kind of logical explanation to debunk them. While he is currently undecided about whether to be a cop like his dad or lawyer like his mom, Shin has inherited his mom's tendency to become passionately attached to whatever problem or task he is trying to complete, often leading to frustration whenever he fails or when the solution slips out of his grasp. In those situations, he defaults into a fight or flight mentality, almost always choosing the latter.

- Acid Bubbles: Spits acid bubbles to attack.
- Personality: Chibomon's personality appears to be somewhat inspired by that of a Samurai. He usually remains stoic, addressing others with various honorifics, but using the very specific -tono honorific for Shin, like a samurai addressing his lord. His personality remains mostly consistent through his advanced forms, though from Champion onwards he seems to become sightly more feral, probably due to the nature of those particular forms. The only exception to that rule is that of his Royal Knight form, in which he reverts fully to being like a stoic samurai.

- V-Wing Blade: Forms a V-shaped energy substance that seems to connect the horn on its snout to the edges of its wings, then soars towards the opponent. Although it cuts the opponent to pieces with the blades of its wings, its weakness is that the technique cannot be used if it is not in flight.
- Dragon Impulse: Launches a shockwave which has the appearance of a dragon.
- V-Breath Arrow: Shoots out a V-shaped heat beam that burns an enemy into a crisp in a second.
- Magnum Crasher: Punches the foe with a fist of glowing energy.
- Wind Guardian: Uses wings to call a flurry of winds that create a wind barrier.
- Twister Saber: Charges up blades on arms with energy and then releases it in cutting waves.

- Name: Imperialdramon Fighter Mode
- Gender: Male

- Technique
- Positron Laser: Fires the Positron Laser.
- Splendor Blade: Manifests a sword of light from its gauntlet and slashes down at the opponent.
- Giga Crusher: Inserts the Positron Laser into the dragon-face on its chest, then emits all of its body's energy as a destructive energy wave.
- Personality: Unlike the other forms, Imperialdramon FM appears to drop all the samurai and honorable pretenses, instead reverting into a fiery warrior filled with an unquenchable thirst for battle. This "darker" aspect of the Digimon as a whole is somewhat reflected by the black armor he wears in this form.
