@JaceBeleren When checking out the rigger sample I noticed there was bot a car and car b/r skill, what is the difference? I have no idea since I can't find the car b/r skill anywhere in the book

I know you have to use points to raise a skill but do you also have to pay to get the skill, for example does athletics 5 without specification cost just five points or six?

Also @rush99999 What class of character are you making? Just asking so that we end up with doubles
