This was way too adorable. She was jealous, honestly jealous that someone else was looking at him. However, her reason for being jealous was unnecessary, for in his eyes, no one could compete with her. Her words made him smile. She did find him attractive and she enjoyed his skills in the kitchen. Those were two things that were important to him that she felt. If there was no attractiveness, than there was nothing that could happen and if she didn’t enjoy his passion and his skills than that would be a problem; and look, she likes both!
When she finally turned to face him, his hands dropped to her sides as he listened to her speak. Watching her dig herself deeper and deeper into a hole was adorable and it should come as no shock that a small smirk moved across his face as she admitted that she liked having him to herself and away from the peering eyes of the other girls. Leaning forward, he gave the end of her nose a small kiss. It was nothing big, it was nothing crazy but it was soft, tender and gentle much like the beautiful girl in front of him.
“As you say.” He said softly in a gentle whisper to her as he stood upright. Reaching out he gently unfolded her arms and took one of her small hands into his big ones. “I am yours.” He said softly as he pressed a kiss to the back of her hand before giving her a gentle pull. “Please come and sit with me. We were interrupted when they arrived and I’d much like to watch a movie with you.” He took a step towards the living room before stopping and turning to her. “Unless you don’t want to, which I will respect.”
