Suddenly the robot's eyes gleamed, "Patience exhausted, offensive mode activated." As soon as Chen raised the snow into the air the robots hurled a blade at him. Then as the snow attempted to crush him two boosters emerged from its heels and it jetted forward, sliding rapidly across the watery ground and rotating. The end result was the robot turning into a deadly spinning top heading straight towards Chen. Of course if Chen tried dodging the rockets would merely activate as soon as Chen moved allowing the robot to follow him effortlessly.

The Lich frowned and re-examined the human with glowing eyes. "Interesting." he muttered before the human tried to attack him from behind. The human grabbed his head and threw it into the air, but the rest of his body didn't follow. As soon as his skull was grabbed the Lich turned and hurled the ball of freezing ice and death magic directly at Apollo's chest. Regardless of out the outcome the Lich- well the Lich's head, turned a disgusted glance towards the undead, this mere human thought to beat him at his own game? A blue light flashed from his eyes and the skeletons were frozen in place.

The area of decaying life grew larger and larger, encroaching on her position. It seemed that if nothing changed the whole forest would be drained of life, and her along with it.

Chen's abilities

The Tarot Deck

The Fool: At the moment it just deactivates Chen's magic but when mastered it can turn off enemy magic as well.

The Magician: Allows control of Wind Magic. The user can create harsh winds and live without air for hours at a time. When mastered the user can create winds of Category 5 Hurricanes and stronger and user will no longer need to breathe to live.

The High Priestess: Allows analysis of enemy magic and enemy, at the moment it only tells the basic nature of said magic and basic information about the enemy. When mastered it can tell the user everything there is to know about the spell and target, spells analyzed will be copied and usable by the user within seconds.

The Empress: Allows control of Ice magic, the user can only create basic icicles and weapons made of Ice, when mastered can create deadly snowstorms and can change the weather of entire states.

The Emperor: Cannot be harnessed at the moment, when mastered can allow user to control entire armies with mind control.

The Hierophant: Complete Photographic memory, but only if you make sure to pay attention. When mastered, the user can recall any detail from any memory they have and forgetfulness will never be a problem again. Is always on to a degree causing a miniscule drain of Magic at all times.

The Lovers: Allows healing of wounds in ranging from cuts to broken bones. When mastered, a lost limb will mean nothing as it grows back before your very eyes.

The Chariot: Allows flight, when mastered light will barely be able to keep up with you.

The Strength: Increases physical strength and speed to Olympic athletes levels. When mastered, allows users to lift entire buildings easily and Sprint distances of entire states without breaking a sweat.

The Hermit: Allows Teleportation to an extent. The user can teleport distances of less than a mile, th teleportation itself involves the user dissolving into "something" (User can choose what said something is) and then reforming in a new location. When mastered, user can teleport between dimensions and planets in the blink of an eye and can weaponize the teleportation by teleporting into a foe.

The Fortune: Unusable at the moment, when mastered can let the user bend the universe's probability to his will and in essence, make him lucky or an opponent very unlucky.

The Justice: Allows use of Light Magic, at the moment the user can only create bright lights and harm minor demons. When mastered, the user can create an avatar of Light as an armor and fight within it. Cannot be used in conjunction with The Devil.

The Hanged Man: Unusable at the moment. When mastered can allow resurrection from Death. Seriously.

The Death: The user can cause rotting of objects and people to an extent. When mastered it allows the user to kill with touch and make a building rot away in the space of seconds.
The Temperance: Allows equalization of Magic levels when user and target are close enough in power ranges. When mastered can let the user become equal to anyone.

The Devil: Uncontrollable at the moment. Allows the user to channel Dark energy from what the Babylonians
believed to be Lucifer. No information available on what can be done when mastered as nobody has mastered it. When control is lost, demons possess the user and use them to do... unspeakable acts.

The Tower: Allows control of Lightning Magic. At the moment can only generate minor amounts of electricity, when mastered can let the user create powerful thunderstorms and produce electricity for entire states.

The Star: Allows user to control emotions to an extent. If the user wants to make someone happy if they're a little bummed out than he can. When mastered can cure depression, make enemies erupt into tears for no reason whatsoever and become paralyzed with fear in the midst of battle.

The Moon: Allows user to turn invisible. When mastered the user can mask his magic to make himself completely undetectable.

The Sun: Allows user to create fireballs and control fire to an extent. When mastered, the user can make the sun feel like a candle on the verge of being blown out.

The Judgement: Setup for The World. Requires target to be immobilized and a one hour chant to begin The World.

The World: Unknown, all that is known is that Babylon would still be standing if not for the use of The World. Use of this spell kills the user no matter what.

Krysthane: Gym + Duel

Krysthane yawned and looked at her beeping scroll, she just wanted to nap for a few minutes before getting ready for the night on the town. Glancing at it she smacked herself lightly on the forehead. SHE'D TOTALLY FORGOTTEN! She jumped out of her bed and began racing towards the gym. Her scroll beeped and again and she looked at it slightly irritated while running and attempting not to smash into everything. Luckily the message was quickly so Krysthane quickly stowed the scroll away and found herself outside of the gym. She took a deep breath or two, smoothed down her somewhat wild yellow hair, and walked in calmly.

"Ah Emerald, good to see you're already prepared. I guess since we're both ready we can start." Krysthane said confidently as she took a ready stance, clearly willing to let Emerald make the first move. Krysthane stood with her left leg slightly forward, her right arm loosly held by her right leg and her left arm crooked just in front of her stomach. Her plan was the same as last fight, use only kicks for the first part until her opponent was adjusted, then hit em with a sucker punch. If that didn't work... well she would figure out something, this was just for fun after all.

Krysthane remained as serious as she could while eating the donuts as cleanly as she could and looking over the papers. Her eyes lit up in recognition of the Cat Nap. Maybe they could grab a ride from the guys, maybe learn a thing or two while they were at it. After all if anything else had happened they might very well know about it, it was at least worth checking out. They'd stop there first and figure out where to go from there, since she didn't think they really had any other leads.
