Orion - ゴースト狩り

NOoooooo! Didn't she understand that fighting it was a terrible idea? They had to get to Rayo so he could punch it or something as soon as possible! He wasn't sure that she was correct that death wasn't final here but still had no intent of dying. First off, it was painful. Second off, he was confident that if he 'died' wolfy would consume everyone in the immediate area and he wasn't sure he could live with himself if that happened. Still the girl seemed to have some tricks of her own, hopefully she could hold out until Rayo came. For some reason he could tell he wouldn't be able to persuade her.

Maybe it was the way her feet were set, her voice confident, body somewhat relaxed in spite of things. Or maybe it was just a guess. Regardless he nodded, "Don't die until I get back." he told her and raced off again, shouting for Rayo. He nearly ran into the big guy a bit later and quickly explained.

"WeFoundTheScaryGhostThingBackThereAndSonia'sFightingItYouGottaHelp!" Then he took a deep breath and began running back leading the luchador there, admittedly somewhat slower than before. Running into danger wasn't nearly as effective as running from it. Meanwhile the growling inside his chest was slowly increasing in volume, it was almost real at this point, perhaps a careful listener could've heard it.
You fools. You thought I had forgotten. But Alex has neither killed anyone nor even used all his abilities, much less become awakened. FOOLS I SAY, THIS RP WON'T DIE UNTIL I DO! Well I mean unless no one posts but you guys wouldn't do that to me right? :<
Rapunzel yawned in relief as they finally arrived at the station. The ride had been really boring, nothing interesting to do and the most boring scenery. She'd been forced to amuse herself by wrapping her hair into different styles and examining them. Then along with practically everyone else on the train, she left to meet someone. It wasn't hard to find Mr. Vert, despite his average clothes he was clearly waiting for someone. Along with several others she arrived at the stone building that was to be her new home. Rapunzel nodded her appreciation and stepped inside to explore their new home and become acquainted with it. Hopefully it would be adequate as she would likely be here for some time. Rapunzel wasn't expecting to luxury but certainly fully expecting it to be functional. Especially since she would have to share it with other people. Boys specifically. Usually they were annoying muscle bound jerks, but some of them could actually be interesting from time to time. Not that any of them would be interested in her, she thought dourly.

Bristle tilted his head curiously. How had she known his name? He hadn't told anyone here. Maybe it was part of the telepathic dealio. Apparently yelling wasn't necessary and you could keep your mental voice silent. Wierd. When Ixonia announced her willingness to help Bristle had an idea. Why talk to one person.... WHEN YOU COULD TALK TO TWO AT THE SAME TIME. With some difficulty, screwing his face up in concentration, Bristle tried to send out two messages at the same time without talking. "Heeeey, ladies. This working alright for the both of you?"

Vuduin would've been much more chill without getting so rudely avatared. On that note working on a post.
Orion - ゴースト狩り

Orion shrugged. "I'm just following him around because his biceps are as big as my head and anyone like that is always good to have on your side, especially when you got more brains than brawn." He said with a conspiratorial wink. Mostly true. He was pretty smart. And it seemed Rayo was determined to take care of the ghost problem by himself. Which Orion was, of course, perfectly fine with, after all, the luchador could obviously handle himself. Then the room temperature plummeted, along with Orion's optimism for the quest. He'd been hoping there was no ghost, or at least some sort of friendly misunderstood one. This was obviously not the case as the blood stained snow white ghost that was now trying to murder them clearly was none of these things. He stared at it for half a moment and only one thought came to mind. Run.

Orion instinctively reached out to grab Sonia's hand and sprinted after Rayo as fast as he could, feeling the familiar surge of energy that came to his legs when he ran away from something. "HEY RAYO!!!" He yelled at the top of his lungs, albeit an octave or two higher than he wanted. Still effective in getting attention. Orion had been hoping that cat girl's sword would be helpful but given the ghost's clear disregard for swords it seemed rather unlikely. Maybe lightning fists would work better. The ghost had to be a great conductor with all that metal in him right? Or maybe Rayo still knew some cool exorcism tricks. Of course they could all die here but Orion was distinctively trying to avoid that possibility. In part because he had a very strong feeling that he at least wouldn't die here. Not if the wolf howling inside of him demanding release had anything to say about it. Orion didn't know if the wolf could hurt the ghost, but if he let it attack the ghost it would certainly attack everything else in the area, including his two new friends, and he couldn't let that happen.

The shadows remain on the other side. But not for long. Last time they had this long of a reprieve the monsters that had come next were unprecedented in their ferocity and had barely been driven off. Who knows what would come next? It seemed every time the enemy came back they were stronger, smarter, had some new adaption or another. Yet even now Andinon couldn't risk an attack on the darkness. There was too much at stake. They would just have to hold them back until the other nations could gather their strength for a breakthrough. Tushenia was driving into the darkness with an army that consisted of most of its military force. All Andinon had to do was keep holding out, for however long was needed. The scouting forces that had been sent out either hadn't returned or had come back with precious little information. Further attempts were dismissed, it was no good sending good pilots to their deaths. Forces were constantly sent to shore up the borders. There was little else they could do.
