I'm going to give you a rule of thumb: If a being is the ultimate creature in some universe, he is weak and insignificant outside of that universe. Many abilities only apply within the universe they exist, and the wielder amounts to nothing when he is not there, nor does it apply to beings from different dimensions.

I remember the small argument that David and I had about Prism and Sreig. And how Prism would be the power cap. I was quite frustrated at the time of speaking. In my mind, though. Sreig is much more powerful than he is now. That is what he is supposed to be. Like, he has no weaknesses. In a sense I could say he is immune to nearly everything or would have an extremely high resistance. They only way he would be defeated was to over power him.

Prism, since he's literally a power cap of how strong a single being could be in Existence. One Punch Man is just a Superman clone with less powers.
