*Checks a device*
About forty five seconds.

When do we need to meet you there by? We have something important coming up.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>

Then you aren't too far out of the loop... Here,
*Pulls out a piece of paper and scrawls on it*
Take this. It's directions on how to get to a place called the Tzagat Temple. I want you and Curtis to meet me there as soon as you're finished here. I can explain everything there. But I can't here, there's too much to do, with my time running short.

How much time do you have?

Time for sanic stuff!

[In basic, these stories actually have the same history as the archie comics up until the end of the Super Genesis Wave incident. It's from this point onward that the lore changes somewhat, relying on the idea of the multiverse being a self aware system capable of repairing and changing itself.]

In this alternate multiverse timeline, Eggman's attack on Super Sonic while he tried to reverse the Super Genesis Wave caused too much damage to the core reality, preventing the multiverse from rebooting after collapsing in on itself due to a combination of corrupted, fragmented, and missing files within its system.
In an attempt to repair itself and stabilize, the system used alternate files from variations of itself to replace missing files when it couldn't find them within its backup cashe. It also omitted the deletion of the fragmented and corrupted files and instead repaired them as best as possible using what was in its backup cashe.
Having re-obtained stability, the multiverse system finally rebooted, adding in a new backup reality in case it started collapsing again. Its dimensional file name, Sharifmar, an alternate reality of the core universe where the main cast and mystical energies only exist within stories, not life.

That sounds pretty cool.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>

Do you know about Nemid?

Yes.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>

... The Alliance?! Fantastic. That's sure to go over well... Look, if you're here, maybe you can help me out with something. Have you been told about Nemid's Pieces?

Er... no.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>

Yeah, just like how we can feel a Tzarian, we can feel the lack thereof... Wait, how do you know about that? Is someone else here with you?

Curtis is here too.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>

In a very different way than you probably did. And then, it's easier for me to blend in, since we are of the same race. You, on the other hand... Well, I dunno if you've noticed the stares.

Is that the whole energy aura thing? It works with the lack thereof too?
*Looks around*
Is this what being discriminated against based on race is like? Because if so, it's way less bad than what all the liber— never mind.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>

I dunno if you recognize me, but I recognize you, Isis. How in the world did you get here? Are you hunting the pieces too?

*Looks at you closer*
You... Wait, how did you get here? This place is closed off to outsiders.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>

*After a few moments, as I'm walking by, I lean against the wall a next to you*
You shouldn't be here.

*Awkwardly half-smiles*
Sorry?
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>

It'd label itself just like any other logical place...
*Looks back and forth for a bit as we walk*
Ah, here we are. I'll be right back out.
*Goes inside*

*Leans against a wall*
